Didn’t get what I ordered using the KFC app. Was 39 minutes passed my pick up time. They didn’t have pop pies so was told I could take a sandwich instead. The biscuits I had to wait for supposedly would be done in 13 minutes were under cooked even after the 39 minute wait. All around experience was a failure. This is not the first time either. Don’t know if it is management or the KFC way.

I went to the KFC and ordered a crispy style fill up box with two buffalo ranches and two KFC sauces. And the cashier(Matthew) was rude towards me and said we don’t do substitutions here. And when I did get my food it was barely warm. By the time I got home it was cold. I will never go here again and I don’t recommend this place for anyone.

went here around 9 pm from a road trip, the service was really good. the person at the drive-thru was really nice and food was amazing than what i read of the reviews. got the nuggets meal with mashed potatoes and the chicken was crispy and juicy, also the mashed potatoes were warm and overall the meal was tasty!

Ordered a late dinner for the family on the app. It was a take-out order of about $60. When we arrived to pick it up, we were told it was too late for them to make the chicken we had ordered. We were told we had to settle for something else or request a refund online. The order was placed at 9pm and the pick-up time was 9:25pm according to the app. The store lists a closing time of 11pm. We asked for a manager, but then were told if we waited an additional 30minutes, they could make the chicken.

Was there tonight in the drive thru to get us some quick dinner had to wait for the biscuits to get done ask me to pull over to wait for them and I refused!!! There was a heavy set lady at the window after I told her I ain’t pulling over she just started at me all confused we sat there a good 5 min waiting for the biscuits to get done and man let me tell ya she was mad at me!!! I’m the customer and I should be served with the most respect well sometimes she open the window threw the food at my husband he was polite as can be even said thank you can’t but excuse me ma’am there is absolutely no need to throw my food!!! She definitely had a little attitude as we are pulling out my husband is on the phone with the manager!!! And how so funny he just had a conversation with her about it now not to mention this chic is a manager and this is how you treat your customers??? This will be my last and final time going there I can absolutely promise you that.

ordered, food came out cold. they forgot fries, then got them and they were cold. no utensils, had to go back in again. chicken sandwich had maybe a drop of mayo. nothing that we ordered. mac and cheese had a huge brown chunk in it. still unsure of what it was

Had some minor problems when this KFC first opened. But they have more then redeemed themselves for me. Ordered a 8 piece bucket and some chicken nuggets, my chicken was cooked to perfection. And because I had to wait for the chicken for the bucket a few extra minutes they even gave me a HUGE extra chicken breast.

Every time I go into this KFC they never have anything that I want. I went in today for a chicken pot pie and of course they didn’t have any, then I asked for a 2 piece meal extra crispy thighs and of course they didn’t have any. I just walked out disgusted! I give them a minus star!!

This establishment is disgusting! I’m not sure other then being in that town how a brand new restaurant has that disgusting of food already! Got a bucket of chicken that we had to wait because they said chicken was backed up so we did just for chicken that was so soggy with a pound of grease you cant literally pick any of it up with your fingers. Never again! The rest of the chicken is in my oven hopefully cooking the rest of way because no one will touch it!
