Last time we give this location our business and money. We haven’t had 1 good meal there yet. This time was the worst! Ordered 12 piece extra crispy meal. Most pieces of chicken had little to no crispy coating. The underside of every thigh was soggy with oil. The biscuits were hard and dry and were basically inedible. I asked for hot sauce and honey. Well, thank you for the 3 packets of honey and 1 packet of hot sauce for a 12 piece meal! I realize prices are crazy right now but I feel that we certainly didn’t not receive a meal worthy of $40.

We were at your Macedon, NY Store 7/17 at approximately 6 – 6:30 PM and I would like to commend the lady who waited on us. Not sure of her name, but she gave us excellent service, was polite and even followed up with us to see if everything was ok. She truly was a doll and I have not experienced that kind of courtesy and kindness in a long time. Also the food came fast and it was delicious.

I ordered an 8 piece family bucket and a 20 big box nugget meal at the drive through. They were out of breasts so I subbed legs and thighs. They repeated it back, all good. Had to wait an obscene amount of time but I understood as they are always short staffed. Im asked to pull through to a parking space which I graciously obliged. Waited for my food. The person brings it out, repeats my order, I say yes. I take it and drive home to my hungry teens. Get home, i recieved a 6pc bucket of chicken and no 12pc nuggets. Called twice and no answer. Had to drive all the way back. Stand in line. Tell the drive through lady as she walked by that they forgot 2 pics of chicken and the whole 12pc nuggets. She apologized asked another lady to get it, that lady asked if it was 1. It became a whole thing ♀️. Then another lady actually got it and brought it to me. No compensation for the mess up, nothing. I’m sorry only works for so long. This kind of stuff has been happening since they opened in Macedon. I over look the shortage on products, and even the long wait times. But this is the 2nd time I’ve driven home and had to go back for the rest of my order. It had been 3 months since I’ve been. Nothing got better. Very disappointing. I’m curious to know if it is a training issue, associate issue or a management issue.

As a whole I love KFC food. However, the last couple visits to this location have proven to be less than great. The order was placed through the app and a time given to pick up the food. When I arrived at the time stated, it was not ready. I was not greeted when I arrived, 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up time I inquired about my order and was met with a very snarky attitude from an employee. She informed me that there were still multiple orders in front of me, and asked if I wanted to see the fryers, as they were full and doing all they could. One individual that had ordered at the counter asked for a refund and was ignored only to have her food slid across the counter as they rushed to complete meals. I will inevitably return to this store, as one, I enjoy the food and two, it’s the closest option. I do hope they improve…

I have met rocks that are smarter than the people that work here. Will never go here again, I’ll drive 20 extra minutes to another kfc. Management should be fired. People go here for chicken, especially original recipe. Nope there out and also out of biscuits, that’s like subway saying sorry were out of bread. Plus what they do have they can’t even get a simple 8 piece order correct.

I have tried to go twice now to this place, and both times, they have not had chicken ready. You are a chicken restaurant. This is the only one close to where I live and always disappointed. I would say though that the staff is very nice and helpful with what they can do.

Waited 40 minutes in line and they made the completely wrong food. After that, I had to wait longer for them to give me the correct food, and they had the audacity to take the other food back, and instead of just letting me keep it for the trouble, throw it in the trash right in front of my eyes.

I have been here 4 times total, all in the past month, and only been able to successfully place an order once. The first 2 times I was told they “just had a big rush”, and didn’t have any chicken ready, it would be at least 30 – 45 minutes. The 3rd time I was able to get a meal. Tonight I arrived at 8 PM, only to find out they have nothing but chicken tenders under a heat lamp available. Apparently even though they are open until 9 PM, the kitchen stops cooking at 7:30 PM. I’m guessing this is so they can clean up and be gone at closing time to keep employee payroll down. As I scroll through the reviews, I see that this location being out of items is very common.
