The staff is extremely nasty food is old not fried fresh. Or tossed at proper time they will not refund or accommodate for anything never ordered from this Brockport location! I tried it twice both horrible experiences. The famous bowls are old mashed potatoes they serve everything old!

Ordered the $20 chicken and “nuggets” fill up figuring I’d get 2 meals out of it. Got it home (10 minute drive) unloaded the nuggets onto a plate and threw the stale, inedible fries that even the dog wouldn’t touch away and then into the fridge the box went until about 7pm. Opened it up to reheat it took out 2 pieces of chicken and that’s when I noticed what looked like small grains of rice deep in the breading on the fried chicken. Upon further inspection they turned out to be fly eggs. Absolutely disgusted I snapped a few pictures and of course threw it away. Went back the next day and showed the manager who while of course appalled said the only thing she could do was offer to remake the meal, or credit my next meal (spoiler: there’s not going to be one) but she would not give a refund. She did take my info and claim she would pass it along to the district manager and had me email her the pictures as well but that was now 2 full weeks ago and nothing. Avoid at all costs.

Just got home with our food. I ordered one of their large cakes since I haven’t had one in about 30 yrs. Opened the bag and found 10 small cookies instead.. Maybe let the customer know next time when you’re out of something. I could have gone to the store to buy cookies for less. I wouldn’t have left this review either if someone would have answered the phone.

Brockport KFC is obvious trying to compete with Wendy’s about who has the worst service. Given the wrong change which, when correcting the change the employee let the dollars blow away in the wind so I had to get out and grab my money. Made the wrong food and waited in total about 15 minutes for my correct food which was just some chicken Little’s. Absolutely worst KFC I’ve been too.

Our order took a very long time because they didn’t see our order print. We ordered on the app and apparently they don’t check the from order slides very often so our order said it would be done at 11:48 and it was done at 12:24. Please develop a new method of checking orders. Because when traveling with a baby it’s very inconvenient to be told one thing and have it not be true.

My husband and I have ordered from here multiple times on doordash and every single time, multiple things are missing. Every. Time. We never get gravy with our mashed potatoes and we once ordered a cake and got two cookies instead. I have no idea what they’re doing there but they need to get it together and actually read the orders.

They will take your order no problem without mentioning they have 15 mobile orders and you’re about to wait 45 minutes in a fast food line. While you’re there are you can read there poster about no refunds. This isn’t fast-food it’s junk food made slow.

I just went to Drive thru & order 3 pc tenders, when I got home, I opened my box was 1 tender normal sizes and 2 little pieces, not even a size of my thumb. I’m very disappointed how management can serve this to customers, I’m a new customer but if I am spending my money on your business at least , I expect quality food and correct portion. I called the store and no one answered the phone . I will try corporate number.
