It was horrible. A family tradition is to get KFC on memorial day weekend. The staff was rude, the food in edible. I complained to KFC directly and only got half of my purchase price refunded. From now on it’s Popeyes.

Love this chain of restaurants, but be careful with consistency. There are times in the day that I try to avoid due to the people that are on that shift. I can tell the difference in service, atmosphere and quality. Something the manager will have to really look at. I still love this place.

Grew up on KFC, big fan. I know things change but the chicken sandwich I had smelled of a non food substance. Not cleaning supplies or chemicals but more like the inside of a vitamin/supplement bottle. Extremely disappointing but I guess everything comes to an end at some point. And my time visiting this location is mos def over…..

It’s basic math period if you get 2 sauces for 12 chicken nuggets, you should get 6 sauces, for 36. When I question the manager. He just said nope, it’s 4 and shut the window on me in the drive-thru. Really need to work on your customer relations.

Worse kfc I’ve ever had, the drive- tru cashier was rude. After she took our order I said thank you and in return she said no thank you and begins taking disrespectful like I can still hear you on the mic. The food was absolutely disgusting, the tenders was very small and old, my biscuit was hard and dry and my 3 piece chicken was so greasy that the box it was in was soaked. I swear this had to be leftover food or badly cooked food that sat in a warmer all day. I just threw out my entire meal and wasted money when I could’ve went somewhere else. This was my first time at this location and it was definitely my last.

I was excited to try the Diablo sandwich after seeing a few reviews. My sandwich was lukewarm at best, the chicken was miniscule and soggy, and there was almost no spice/sauce! That what the whole point! Never again. Stay away unless you want to be disappointed and depressed
