The customer service here is terrible. They need to hire adults to work here these kids are rude. Doors locked at random times. The food was good and the wednesday special is exactly why I decided to try KFC here.

Worst chicken ever. No receipt and no one picked up the phone. We ordered a #2 which is 3 piece meal. Food went right through the box. My meal chicken is pink. Service and food quality is not GOOD!

Don’t go to this KFC. Soggy chicken. Rude staff. Errors every order. Long wait times. The list goes on. Don’t bother complaining to corporate, as they deligate it to the owner who just gives the run around. Please skip this place instead.

Very disappointed. We were at the Wurlitzer for the car show and decided to have dinner at KFC. First of all, cashier was very friendly but it went downhill. We ordered 3 meals, $31.50 No ice, (fountain pops were very warm ) NO napkins, lids for drinks, and NO FRENCH FRIES. (They ran out?) and the chicken on the chicken sandwich was so dried out.

Been going to this location since it opened and up to a month ago it was clean and friendly. Seems like a staffing change? Not greeted, don’t respond hello back, ice machine has been broken for 2-3 weeks, warm flat pop is not a good thing. The floors are sticky and filthy as well as the restrooms. Time to find a different location.

Horrible service, ACTING MANAGER threatened us by saying “don’t ever barge into my store like that again” newsflash kid it aint YOUR store nor do you know how to act like a manager you immature kid. The girl was also very rude by telling us and I quote ” if you guys don’t want old food be patient” then walked off to find 4 others cars that were told to pull of to the side…..why would you tell all these cars to pull off to the side rather work on the cars that have already came through. bunch of kids that need a reality check. Food took 35 minutes to come out but only after we made it a point we haven’t got our food.

Waited for 20 mins for someone to come take my order at the counter then another 20 for the food to even come out!!! They over cooked the chicken in both boxes! No gravy for the mash potatoes. Employees looked mad people came inside instead of the drive through. Wish I could give them no stars!
