This place is a mess. It takes 25 minutes for something as simple as a biscuit and 5 tenders on a Monday. The staff is clueless. Unprofessional, unfriendly and has zero sense of urgency. This place needs to do better or shut down or these 1 star reviews are gonna keep on coming. I think they need a district manager to step in or a gm that actually cares

Purchased a 20 piece meal, recorded 8 pieces that were wings, 4 mashed that were only filled up 1/3rd of the way to the top of the bowls. The gravy was like water, tasteless. Chicken was extra crispy but wet and not crisp. Biscuits were very good though. Usually I have to wait a half hour for my food, this time it was ready when I pulled up but was ripped off. I’m done, maybe Popeyes wants my business.

It took 30 minutes to get my food. I ordered a bucket and 2 large sodes. Asked them if everything was there. I live 30 minutes away. Got home and guess what no gravy..it’s bad enough waiting that long but to not get everything you paid for just isn’t right.

It costs $5.00 and some change for a side of coleslaw, which I don’t mind paying, but they don’t even fill the container. There is so much more room to put more in. This is the second time it has happened. It’s not worth the price when the container is half full.

Absolutely terrible. I will usually just eat what I can places and call it a day- this time I actually asked for a refund. Appears I’m not the only one that asks because they had a half rolled up, grimy paper they had to unroll to be seen that says no refunds. An entire meal went into the trash. It was so soggy it was more like a wet sock than a peice if chicken.

Very bad. The chicken fingers were like rubber and were cold when we received them. They NEVER have original chicken, no matter what time you go. As well as no chicken legs in their 8 piece order. No server greets you at the window, they all seem miserable. Weird pieces of brown chicken tenders at the bottom of the box as well. Do not recommend.

Let’s see 44 $ for 12 piece with 3 sides and biscuits except I get no mashed and gravy available and they stiffed me on the biscuits, 25 minute drive this is the last time I vist this lacks establishment. This place was dead for dinner time 430 -5 chicken was soggy AF btw.

Typical I suppose with a Lockport establishment, racial slurs were strewn about, orders were messed up and a fight damn near happened between employees and customers. Entertaining? Sure. What I want to witness when ordering the Colonels chicken? Not so much. Also, half of the soda drinks weren’t functioning, and they were out of cups. Had a 50.00 12 piece order, and only filled the sides 1/3 of the way. The actual chicken was what I expected though, so there’s that.
