Horrible food, horrible management. worked there for a year, they store and heat taco meat in non food safe plastic (grocery bags) cancer causing and a massive health violation, cooler is condemnable, rain water leaks all over the food, the rain water overflows the raw chicken trays causing the blood to run off onto the mac and cheese and the floor, the floor tiles are in pieces and full with water, floors are full of mold, the smell is beyond anything you can imagine, “clean” dishes still cover in harden food that looks years old, green and brown metal pans (see pics) got yelled at and quit over “wasting cleaning supplies” actually cleaning is considered a waste because of how far gone the place is, please avoid this place if you like the pants you’re wearing, the oil is never changed, oil even caught fire and they used a fire extinguisher on it and continued to use the oil, manager allows smoking in the building, cigarette butts all over the microwaves by the dish area bc there’s no camera, video is after hours of me cleaning, 1st pic is the nasty trays and day old tenders 2rd pic is a fryer oil filter, they don’t even use the actual filters, just the metal, bc the filters have to be replaced after each use, manager has no interest in fixing the place as it’ll get rid of the leniency of it, place needs all new staff

Catch 22
This KFC is mixed with Taco Bell for a unique food experience and a great chance to find the food you want and crave. The service here has been pretty good whenever I visit and even during the busiest times they work quickly and efficiently and are good at what they do. The inside of the restaurant is usually clean and the vibe is pretty chill. I can’t say this KFC is like the others because they have stores in other locations that are bigger and have more workers. The layout is also different in other ways and it’s location and drive thru are very convenient. Fun fact: KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut are all owned by Yum Brands inc. formerly known as Tricon and was once a subsidiary of Pepsi Co. until 1997. Yum Brands is located in Louisville, KY.

So the area I chose to sit at had biscuit crumbs on the chair. It hadn’t been wiped off nor the table. The floor was sticky and greasy, with food on it as well.

Well, let’s see. I walked in and few minutes later the cashier young lady comes up with a cute smile. Super friendly lady if you ask me. We put our order my little brother and I. She was very sweet. Things turned to worse when we got home. My brother ordered a crunch wrap with a soft taco and a cheesey gordita crunch. The crunchwrap barely had anything in it along with the taco, but the gordita was perfect. My chicken was dry as cardboard extra crispy and it was dark meat, I ordered 3 pc thighs. I called several times over the past few hours and got no answer. This place has definitely gone right down hill to hell in a shopping cart.

I ordered 2 macaroni and 2 french fries to go with my chicken. We got home and found out they gave us 2 coleslaw and 2 mashed potatoes. My kids won’t eat that! We called and spoke to James (supposedly a store manager), and told him what happened. He was so unhelpful. Basically, my kids ate chicken, and that’s it.

Chicken tasted like it was cooked a week ago it was so dry. Completely inedible. Sides were good.

Disgusting. These are Nashville hot tenders on 2/27/2020. They told us this is how they come. The crew was extremly rude. They packed our food to go and ordered it for eat in. They kept it all packaged to go, just threw it on a tray. All the tables were dirty and unoccupied. Had to clean our own table. Never going back.
