Love kfc and this is the only place that’s not over an hours drive for me, but the workers here are the worst. 2x this place knowingly left out chicken wings from my bucket of chicken I purchased and never told me.. the moron told me I get three chicken wings in my 12 piece bucket and 3 of each piece. He flat out lied to my face and never put them in. This place has a problem with giving chicken wings that come with the order and are paid for. Are they eating them themselves? Because of this moron worker he ruined dinner for my family and we live to far away to go back and get the left out wings.

Ran in to get an 8 PC bucket of chicken. Young man rang it up as 30.00!!! I cancelled that order and took a five PC box! The chicken was rubbery tenders and the biscuit was hard. So not worth it!

Beyond Rude. I had a few questions in the drive thru and they acted like I was inconveniencing them. There was no one behind me and they were not busy. Handed me my food and then shut the window in my face. Didn’t say anything. Had to sit there for them to pay attention to me again just so i could ask for sauce.

Not sure if the service is any better than it was in the past. I used the app to order ahead and my food was ready when I got there. I literally walked in, grabbed my stuff and walked back out, with no human contact. Which was good because nobody was at the counter!

Awful experience. I got the new Spicy Chicken Sandwich and was eating and enjoying it. I took a few bites and all of a sudden I bite down and I taste this cardboard paper type feel. I look at it and it had writing on it. I still have an awful taste in my mouth. I showed the cashier and she got a new one for me. Nothing else. No refund no coupon. The second Sandwich was disgusting as it was chewie. Very disappointing.
