Drive thru order, difficult to understand the guy taking the order. Had to ask for sauces otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten any. Sandwich was on point, nuggets small and soggy. Fries went both ways.

On my way back home westbound 495 I was starving and looking for a quick stop to grab some food but while driving a big truck you can’t pull in everywhere but this is KFC has the perfect big Parking lot! And it’s easy to get into from 495. The food was good on this location.

JULY 5TH 20222- Do not go here! This is a nasty location! THE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE! HE WAS PERSON AT THE WINDOW AND HE FILLED UP OUR 1/2 GALLON OF TEA WITH SODA INSTEAD HOPING WE WOULDN’T CARE BY THE TIME WE GOT HOME. WE CAME BACK AND HE TRIED TO FILL IT WITH HALF SWEET TEA HALF UNSWEETENED THEN GOT AN ATTITUDE WHEN WE CAUGHT IT. I SAID FORGET ANYTHING BROWN JUST FIX ME LEMONADE. WHEN I GOT BACK HOME AND OPEN THE FOOD THIS WAS MY GRAVY. AT THIS POINT I’M NOT EATING ANYTHING AND WASTED MONEY.THE MANAGER WAS A SHORT SPANISH MAN. Wow! $5.19 for a little more gravey for my potatoes and an extra biscuit. I could have gotten another whole meal! Smh by the manager nevertheless and now going on the 4th straight Spanish song blaring on the radio guess it’s obvious why all the employees are standing around on their cell phones and not one other customer in the restaurant or drive through. This guy is running this place into the ground! I rarely post derogatory or elaborate local restaurant reviews but this time hopefully the powers that be see, and the goal being not to fire anyone but especially in a underperforming location “remind” employees the importance of each persons satisfaction, who walks in their doors.

Stayed by this KFC place’s drive thru on Dec 31st at 8pm. No one stepped up to pick up the drive thru. When drove up to the customer service window, people were there they just didn’t care. I hope the owner figures it out
