Now I haven’t been here in a minute and I think they recently updated the place but it’s filthy inside. Self service drink area filthy. Red spillage all over the place …the glass (doors) haven’t been cleaned in months prints all over. The food everything is mini size now ♀️ I’ve never seen kfc serve this size before. I guess that why it’s a $7.00 special

I ordered through Uber Eats and there were multiple items missing. They secure the bag so obviously a restaurant error. Placed a new order for the missing items, and received a completely different order with ALL items I ordered missing (with my name on it). How could someone run a restaurant like this? Absolutely disgusted. Time to close this place down if you can’t hire competent employees. It’s apparently really hard for the employees to look at a screen and place that item on the screen into a bag.

The girl at the drive thru today was so nice! I thought she deserved the credit because nobody makes an effort on being good at their job anymore. I appreciated her refreshing willingness to be helpful and didn’t make me feel bad about changing my mind

I placed my order online(order #30782984)for a Quick Pick Up. Patrons please check your order to be certain that you’re getting everything that you ordered before leaving this KFC. I ordered an 8pc. Family Fill + 8pc. Tenders. When I got home, I realized I didn’t have the 4 sauces and my bucket was missing 2 wings. I’ve been calling KFC for the past 5 hours, because I don’t live in Mount Vernon. No one’s answering the phone. I will be visiting KFC tomorrow with my receipt and I would like the manager to give me the items I didn’t receive, because I paid for them.

It’s been around 7 years since I went to Kentucky fried. Never again. These chickens look like pigeons. I never saw nothing like that. You got to look at the food before you buy it. It was embarrassing but it’s my fourth cuz I didn’t go for many years and never again

What a disappointment this KFC in Mount Vernon was!!! Chicken was nasty , You can tell it was reheated and oily I spent over 35 dollars for reheated CHICKEN .I asked for condiments over the drive-thru when we got home we had NONE .. They said they were about to close so some stuff I had to wait over 15 min to order them however they place wasn’t closing for over an hour. last time Ill go to that KFC they have been around for a long time but IDK what happened to them. I close friend of mine had the same experience with reheated chicken so this must be a norm for them

The chicken was very dry, both pieces were very small and super salty with distinct taste of seasoned salt. Not my best experience. Took 15 minutes in drive-thru between placing order and getting food – ridiculous

Had a 3 piece take out. 2 breasts and a wing. This was the best KFC I had in about 30 years. Real talk. The chicken wasn’t all greasy and salty, but crispy and tasty. Reminds me of one in the Poconos I went to years and years ago. I’d buy some chicken here again. I used to like KFC as a kid, and this day, I had a craving for it. Happily surprised.
