So I placed an order on grubhub. Waited almost an hour and spoke to a manager named Kendra who informed me that someone from grubhub already had picked up my order and it was an issue I needed to take with grubhub. Normally these things wouldn’t bother me but the lack of customer service or care, and how dismissive she was after I waited for an hour for an order that was never delivered was just so far from the KFC customer service experiences I remember. It really came off as apathetic which sucks because I really like their food and convenience of proximity.

The worst drive through receptionist ever I had ask her a question and instead of answer yes oh no she said to ask my mom or to write a letter to Santa unbelievable. And she ask me to move out cuz customers where behind me like who am I not a consumer..such a rude person and the worst is that she was laughing like if it’s a joke..

If I could of gave 0 stars I would, by far this is the worst kfc in the world to go to hands down they are rude and they are the most expensive kfc around I mean they must be the only kfc that have no deals and they’re price on the menu everything is three dollars more compare to other kfc the best kfc is in Iselin on 1&9 with out a doubt never again this place is trash.

I haven’t had KFC in a while and this was arguably the worst. I don’t think this had anything to do with staff or even location. The tenders just taste boring and their sauce selections are subpar, especially the KFC sauce and the Ranch.

We did an online pick up order. They forgot half our order three items on our order and the soda was flat. When we went online there was no one to speak to. We emailed them and hopefully we will get a response but it’s not worth the money in gas to drive back. Don’t come here, don’t ordered here… a week later and no one from both this establishment or kfc have reached out… on week later received a five dollar credit. I think this review helped but I still won’t order atleast from this location

If I could give no stars I would. It was my bright idea to get KFC today instead of cooking myself! Family went to pick up the chicken. .asked for all white meat. .WELL we got NOTHING but DARK meat…not one breast in the bucket! Nothing but some UGLY mystery pieces that we can not identify and fries so SALTY you’d have to double your BP meds! I totally agree this place is on its LAST leg…please close so a decent eatery can occupy this location.
