We ordered a family meal to feed 7. When we picked it up, the Biscuits were dry, either overcooked or sat around under a heated lamp. Chicken was greasy and dry and we also ordered Mashed potatoes with Gravy, and NO GRAVY!!!!

I love KFC, I only get to have it once in a long while because I just about puke every time I walk into this place. It’s beyond dirty. Your feet actually stick to the floor. NO JOKE, food today was extremely greeasey. Got my fix for a year or more.

I ordered food for 3 people and it was 60 bucks. The chicken strips were gross compared to what I remember. I think 60 bucks to feed 3 people from KFC is outrageous for fast food. Esp when the food was trash. I’m not sure if it because I ordered a family meal if the worst strips were put in it. They were all breading. Also forgot some of items ordered and got home and had to turn around. I see this seems to be a common theme in the comments. I’m not sure if it’s just this kfc or if it’s all of them. But don’t bother.

I was served this today, spent almost thirty dollars on a hard chicken Sand which, a famous bowl that look like it’s been sitting for 24 hrs and hard white and dark meat chicken, every time I go there it’s a disappointment shut this place down at this point they don’t care what their serving their customers after we work hard for our money just to be serve trash! How can I send this to Corporate?

I order my food online at 11am. I got there at 11:20am place was closed 2 cars outside but nobody came to the window I tried to open the doors they were locked. They always run out of chicken sandwiches. By far the worst KFC ever . I go to the one in Trenton by my job and it definitely tops this one. They are unprofessional might as well close it down they dont want to work anyways.

I’ve tried to patronize with this location, but after several separate issues with my orders, today will be my last visit! Once again, I placed an order, arrived home, only to find my order is incomplete. This time the side was missing and to add insult the biscuit wasn’t fresh. Because I do not live in the area this is the closest KFC location, but after today, I will drive further south on Rt. 130 to the next KFC.

It is the worst KFC, the restaurant is very dirty, the customer service is terrible, the chicken was dry, the potatoes were burned, the employees take the food without gloves. the worst experience! I’d rather drive 20 more minutes and go to another kfc than come back to this one
