Walked in and placed an order for a chicken and mash bowl. While waiting for my order, I noticed my sneakers were sticking to the floor. All up and down the cashier counter, the floor was dreadfully sticky. Bought it up to the person attending behind it. After I finished my meal, I decided to go to the restroom. Low and behold, the door was misaligned to a point where it wouldn’t shut at all. The toilet was disgusting, not something that just happened but was like that for some time. Floor was also sticky in there. Took two photos to show how bad it was in there. These workers just didn’t care at all about the overall establishment. Sad.

Ordered an 8pc on the app and it was probably a good chance for them to sell old chicken for take out. SUPER DRY and doesnt even look smell or feel like KFC. wOrSt KFC ive ever been to. Management should look at this closely

Bought a 8 piece bucket meal including biscuits, mashed potato and fries, 5 piece Nashville tenders and 1 spicy chicken sandwich from this KFC. Total was $42, more expensive than Popeyes. Extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. First of all, the biscuits were inedible, extremely hard as rocks, please see the picture. The drumsticks were raw with blood in them, my daughter threw up eating them. The thighs were very dry and hard, skins were so hard they were inedible. The chicken in the sandwich was super dry and hard too, couldn’t eat more than 2 bites. Overall we couldn’t finish 20% of the food and had to spend more money to get something else to fill our stomach. I called the restaurant to let them know the chicken and biscuits were not edible, the women on the phone was very rude and said she admit the biscuits were hard when she packed them but the chicken should be fine. Why would you pack them if you knew they weren’t good? Have some human decency and don’t give people garbage please. It’s already hard enough during the pandemic, it’s really terrible to feed kids rock hard food when they were excited about eating fried chicken, and got so disappointed and even threw up.

I just purchased the new chicken sandwich. I had great anticipation about this new product. The reality for me was that there wasn’t much to get excited about. The chicken wasn’t crunchy or savory like the pieces have been in years gone by. (What happened to the 11 herbs and spices?) The toppings and sauce were unimpressive. Even the bun was unexciting. It was tasteless and fell apart with every bite. I can make far better spicy chicken sandwich at home. Although I have to go to the trouble to make this sandwich at home, my home-made version would blow this one out of the water. Sorry, KFC.

Waited inside for over 10 minutes to be noticed. Counter staff ignored us until I called, “is anybody going to take our order?” Then the guy at the drive up window had to ask permission to take our order. The food was nothing to write home about: 1. A chicken sandwich came out with unexpected honey mustard; 2. 2 piece chicken orger was more like shoe leather; 3. Another customer walked out after being ignored for 8 minutes

Every once in a while I give this KFC location a chance. They fail almost every time. Today my 2 sides were supposed to be coleslaw and mac&cheese. Got mashed potatoes and no slaw. Do better. At least they had extra crispy chicken at 3:00 PM which is not always the case.

Was only 730 & inside was closed. Drive through is set up strangely; you pull in driveway & PASS the pickup window to get to order speaker & have to go back to start to pick up your food & BACK AROUND AGAIN to exit.

Having just moved into the area I was delighted with my first experience at this KFC. I had placed my order online for pick up the following day but the order got cancelled. When I explained the situation to the guys working at the counter, they took care of me very promptly and duplicated my order.

Spent 15 bucks on tenders and fries. Got two sides of fries I see on my receipt and chicken was absolutely inedible. Threw it all away don’t go here. Second time in the past week I’ve come here to horrible food. The sprite didn’t even have any flavor to it was just fizzy water with a tiny bit of sprite syrup. Disgusting food should shut this place down
