Service wasnt too bad… They were quick… Food was hot…. The Nashville tenders were finger licking good…. The fried chicken was ok… The biscuits tasted doughy… But overall everything came out alright.. would recommend this location.. nice clean spit… Bathrooms were clean

Got KFC for myself and a soda for my coworker today, my other co worker got it delivered through Door Dash, both of us got the famous bowls. Both myself and the coworker I got the soda for were in the bathroom multiple times afterwards, and it continued once I got home as well. The coworker who order and had it delivered had to throw her chicken away because it was raw. I’m assuming, since her chicken was raw, that mine was as well and I have the blessing of either food poisoning or salmonella.

The restaurant looks great since it is always clean and newly renovated. However, for a place known to have a line, I think that removing the previous barrier for the line versus seating area was a poor choice. Even better, the employees provide great service every time I go there.

Slow service was the only one there the lady was just texting on her phone ignoring me until she was done. Are you 14 or 40? Next got the order wrong. Third, forgot the most important item I wanted and went for. Last and not least the amount of chicken you actually get for $30 is bizarre and nothing was “fresh” or as fresh as fast food can be. Would not recommend coming here and I definitely won’t be coming back

June 28, 2022 We ordered take out from the Oakland, NJ branch, Terrible – bucket of chicken, coleslaw, tenders, biscuits and mashed potatoes. The chicken was old, had to be sitting there all day because it was hard, dried out and unedible. The biscuits were hard also. We recieved Mac n cheese, no coleslaw. The mashed potatoes were smaller packs dumped and stuffed into the larger one.

It was close to closing fries were stale, chicken tasted like it was sitting there, kfc bowl didn’t taste fresh. Ice tea tasted weird no flavor. Because we left already I couldn’t turn around. I would like someone to reach out to me.
