We ordered in through Seamless. The online ordering is very simple. It also allows you to make changes to your order like removing unwanted condiments. You can check a box that adds utensils, unfortunately it wasn’t included in my order. It was sent in a sealed plastic bag which is great. Keeps the heat in and ensures the person delivering can’t sample the fries. The chicken sandwiches were in a foil pouch to keep them warm.

I had given up on ordering from this location because they always cut up chicken strips in the Famous Bowl instead of using popcorn chicken like they’re supposed to. I decided to give them another chance, wanting to try the new wraps since my usual order is terrible from this spot. But, of course, I got here and they didn’t have them. I left without bothering to order.

Was at both yesterday to try both wraps danbury exit 5 north st was great…on way back I liked so much I stopped danbury on federal rd and it’s sucked.not even close they were cold and wrap was only half full I took picture..I think they are really cheap or maybe.if.they beat everyone they can take.some home…I lived up here for 35 yrs and everything I get.chicken I go to exit 5 so much.better..I really wanted to call and ask y no meat in wrap.

If this review was solely based on my food it would get 5 stars as it was hot, fresh and delicious however there are other factors. When I placed my order I was told it would be a 6 minute wait and I was fine with that because it meant my food was being made fresh. Well…. 20 minutes later and still waiting! It took 23 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches and there were no customers inside or in the drive thru! Food was good but not 23 minutes good.
