I just ordered in the app when I got there to pic up my orders they say didn’t find it . I show my order number and the payment the manager didn’t show up and hide in the back . The personal is very rude and not professional. I don’t know how this place still open . They took my money bunch of thieves .

I should have followed my mind and left when I had the chance, since I had to stand and wait to be taken care of. All I wanted was the chicken wraps and what I got was disappointed. The chicken was hard, no mayo and a sprinkle of cole slaw which later made me nauseous. Save you cash & your stomach. Don’t drive thru Drive by!!!!

Horrible location. Had a pick up order scheduled for 7 pm. Got there late to give them extra time and at 730 the order hadn’t even been prepped. Was told items in order out of stock and they hardly had anything available. Multiple employees sat around doing nothing while others cleaned and talked about them closing soon when their hours say open to midnight. By the time my food was ready it was 8 pm. A whole hour after my pick up time. Nothing in my order was correct and the biscuits were hard as pucks. I’ve avoided this place for a long time as I knew the service was lacking, but was in town visiting family and thought hell, maybe they’ve improved. But no. They got even worse- and I didn’t think that was possible. Such a shame!

My large mash potatoes came with a “little extra!” Can you spot the hair!!!??? I’m going to go to the bathroom now and heave! I should have asked for some mash with that hair! Never again! Nunca!
