They were putting up a sign at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, two coworkers were in their literal pajamas. A customers had to help the two put up the sign bc they didn’t know what they were doing. They also blocked the soda machine with their work so we were not able to get our drinks with our meals until we left. They were upset when we asked for dipping sauce and salt. The cashier was extremely rude.

I will not ever go there again. The crackhead manager was rude to everyone in line. My husband see one of the workers drop his bowl on the floor and told her and the manager said he was lying. Would not give us a refund. Was swearing at me. Would not give me the district manager’s number. And told me I could leave my number and the district manager would call me back if they felt like it. And laughed. Honestly they should be shut down! Food is horrible as well.

The lady at the counter was nice. We ordered two famous bowls. When we buy them at other locations, they always come with mashed potatoes, gravy, a good amount of chicken and cheese in them. With a biscuit and drink on the side. These famous bowls each had only 5 chicken nuggets on top and no cheese in them at all. They also did not come with biscuits. We will never go to this location again.

Very slow service. KFC and a Taco Bell establishment. Order was messed up but items were replaced for free. Ordered something that looked disgusting as seen in the picture. The cinnamon rolls are terrible. It is a KFC muffin with cinnamon topping and cream added on top. Very disapointed in the foods presentation. Honestly I recommend one of the other food places nearby.

It’s ashame this facility isn’t advanced enough to know how to add to the order. Amazing that KFC can be ok with losing mi way for that very reason. I will agree with most other reviews about this facility….. my order is never correct. If it was t for the fact that my husband loves KRC we never come back to this place.
