Horrible! Will NEVER go back to this location! You tried to give your order and the person taking it is cutting you off saying “is that it?” He must not like his job. Get my order with NO UTENSILS to eat it with, no napkins, soda was wrong, and I ask for fries and get potatoes!

16 piece, got 10 pieces overcooked and all same type. Missed a full side of Mac and they shorted a biscuit. Called never answered. 8/4 to Owner – Appreciate the response however, I already had called customer service and they sent you an email to contact me directly for the refund. Please let me know when you are at the store so I can complete this transaction.

Food was AWFUL! They have definitely changed the chicken recipe. When we finally did get served it was only by accident when the kid turned the corner and you could tell immediately regretted his life choices. None of the tables were clean we ended up eating some of the food next door at DQ.

if i could give zero stars i would. i have literally never had a good experience here, both as a customer and a delivery driver. the employees are apathetic and incredibly rude. you almost never get your order right which i find incredibly ironic considering they have a sign saying they don’t give refunds and they guarantee your order to be right everytime. yeah right. 90% of the time when you come into the lobby you’re ignored for an extended period of time. my girlfriend spent twenty minutes in there earlier just waiting to talk to someone, let alone get food. it’s ridiculous. the other night i placed a mobile order and when i went to pick it up it wasn’t on the rack, just to find out that they had given it to someone else without the person showing any proof that it was theirs. the employee was rude when i asked if i could either get MY food that i paid for, or be refunded. to make matters worse the employee said “well… it was a black guy who took it…” YIKES. i don’t think i even need to explain why that’s awful. he had to get a manager because i had to practically demand some help. i’ve worked in customer service since i was 15 years old and i have never seen anything like this place. anyways, i have countless horror stories about this place and likely won’t be back.

My worst KFC experience ever … Staff rude .. you ask staff for plates or anything they just stand around and look at each other. And the place was full of ants and fruit flies.. TRY CLEANING YOUR TABLES!! So gross. I’ll never go back for what I paid feel ripped off!!!

Food HANDLERS have 4 inch nails handling food without gloves or proper food saftey. refused a refund after expressing how unclean it felt watching them handle my food Manager was extremely rude. No one wore gloves touched there phones and faces and then grabbed food with no gloves or tongs for everyones food. i would be surprised if someone doesnt get sick

Started ordering food tonight around 850pm and the manager started screaming at a worker. Don’t bring families here! Definitely not a place to go. Fast food isn’t worth working at if your getting treated that badly.

Didnt get food recently but 5 minutes ago my dad and i wanted to eat here and the drive-thru line was a tad bit long and my dad said that he had ate inside before and didnt really care if the workers liked it or not and he tried to open the door and it was locked. I really like the place but i really just wanted to know when or if people will be able to eat inside again :/

Yes ma’am! Very pleased. I tried the beefy melt burrito (or however its titled lol) soooo good omg. Makes up for the cheesy double beef being discontinued again. Crunchy red tortillas help the consistency of soft rice, cheese, sour cream, beef. It’s truly amazing for $2. Wow. We did have to go back around the drive thru to get our extra potato and side of gravy, but it was worth it. 100%. Thank you!

Hit or miss here. Sometimes it’s great but the last two times in a month I ask for no cheese on the famous bowl, had cheese both times. When I asked for a new one I got major attitude and they kept eyeballing me and talking hushed and I just had a weird feeling that they did something to it so I didn’t eat it. Quality of employees here is very low.
