I was extremely pleased with the service from KFC today. My fiancé and I had ordered food, when the manager chose to give us brand new biscuits. not only did the manager provide us with great service, but he explained the menu efficiently and allowed us to find the best option for us. lastly, after speaking about Cole slaw, he provided us with a large free of charge. Thank you to KFC, I am beyond grateful for the kindness I was provided with!

I had two orders, requested they be bagged separately. The woman who took the order said here is this order and here is yours. Drop one off where it went, 30 minutes later, went to have my dinner and bam, all I had was potatoes! They couldn’t even get it right and I went inside! Not that hard. As the customer, I shouldn’t have to verify my food is right! Now I have no dinner and I will never go to KFC again!

Went in today and usually have an issue but the new manager is awesome! Food was made perfectly and service was awesome. Stephen was awesome and kept conversation with us and was absolutely perfect to all the customers during our stay. We will be back!

We ordered in the drive thru and they have everyone going to the parking lot to wait for our food. Boxes had grease all over them. We received our food plus an extra meal. He said to keep it. This place needs leadership.

Wednesday January 25th at 11:30am. The two guys working had poor hygiene. Hands were dirty, they were wearing street clothes that appeared not to have been washed for some time. A worker was smoking outside when I arrived. The two guys working their behavior was extremely odd. It was like they were under the influence as they acted high on drugs. The restaurant had dirty floors, tables not washed. The chicken tasted undercooked and was ice cold along with the mash potatoes. I took one bite of each item and ended up throwing it away seeing it tasted fishy. This place needs to be shut down!

I ordered a 12 piece family bucket and I got 4 wings, 2 legs, 6 small thighs all over cooked. There was NO breasts at all. The quality and serving size of the sides were small. Very disappointed and not returning anytime soon.
