Ordered my lunch from the mobile app. My Dr. Pepper tasted like club soda with a dash of Coca Cola. The fries were half full and LOADED with seasoning I almost choked and I never got the sauce from my 3pc. tender. Come on guys, you have got to do better.

Worst KFC I have ever been! Everything I tried except for the sandwich, including fries, wings, nuggets, and tenders, was totally bland. The food quality is subpar; even a chicken lover like me hates the chicken here. Poor chickens!

The customers in the lobby are ignored entirely by the children at the counter while the only adult back there makes eye contact with us and says nothing for almost 15 minutes. You won’t get service unless you ask and watch them like a hawk
