Giving an extra star because there are never any other customers hers. Other then that, the lobby has been closed for years. Drive thru is a ghost town during the day. Food is not good. Sometimes they are randomly closed without any warning. Looks like they are going out of business soon.

This place is a joke. Every single time I go to this location they either mess up my food or they don’t have what I want it’s called Kentucky Fried Chicken and half of the time they don’t even have chicken tenders I went there about 20 minutes ago and ordered a few chicken littles with spicy mustard mayonnaise they gave me Chicken Little with regular mayonnaise I then brought it back to the window and told them I wanted new sandwiches with the spicy mayonnaise again all they did was add the spicy mayonnaise onto the Chicken Little that they already gave me with regular mayonnaise disgusting it was eating a mayonnaise sandwich I will be calling tomorrow to speak to the manager I will also be calling the corporate office I will never eat at this location or KFC again they ruined it forever for me and my family absolutely disgusted they only have kids working there and they’re teenagers so they don’t care what or how you order your food they give it to you the way they want also my five piece chicken tender meal was seriously sad looking the chicken tenders were the size of my nine-year-old fingers so small absolutely not worth the money I will never eat KFC again they have ruined it for me and my family I will now go to Popeye’s religiously.

I was actually pleased with my meal today. I ordered a three piece wing combo and my wings were cooked well! I honestly haven’t eaten good KFC in awhile. I am happy I didn’t feel like i wasted my money!!

Where I lived in Connecticut, I remember going to KFC all the time. However, this KFC is probably one of the worst I’ve ever visited. Not because of the quality of food, but because of the timing and the personnel who work there. I understand that due to covid or anything else that has been going on, there may be labor shortages, and I completely understand if work is slow as a result, and I am an extremely patient person when it comes to waiting for food. But this seems a little ridiculous given that we waited about a half hour for our food and didn’t get the right thing. Things that would be completely understandable but, in the end, appear to be too much for the Personnel who work there to remember.I get it, it’s a fast food restaurant, and you couldn’t care less about the job because you’re working at a fast food restaurant, and you just want the time to fly by so you can get through the day. But you chose to work there, so you must put forth the least amount of effort in order to provide your customers with the food for which they paid. When we went through the drive-thru, the person on the other end of the line was clear and concise in asking what we wanted to eat. but when we got to the window they asked again what we wanted to eat which is kind of strange but I was like “alright”. They then made us wait in the parking lot for half an hour before bringing us our food. It wasn’t until later that we realized that my wife and I had ordered the wrong item. I understand that some people will question “why you didn’t check your box before leaving”. But the thing is, I shouldn’t have to do that every time I go to a fast food restaurant, and they should do it correctly the first time. Sorry, but I and most of my friends worked these kind of jobs, and they would seriously either dock your pay or refuse to give you any hours because of it. But, in any case, this KFC needs to step up their game or have the manager be able to make some changes, such as hiring people who only care about making the bare minimum. I’m only speculating, but this place definitely needs to improve.

Can’t even go inside. The chicken tastes like it was cooked yesterday and 3 large Cole slaw orders went right into the trash, they were rotten.

Like everyone, they are experiencing labor shortages and only had the drive thru open. While an inconvenience I was thankful that they were open at all and taking customers. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will be back

Sent my daughter to drive thru to get dinner (what a mistake) the only good thing about it was the kid taking the order was friendly. 8 piece was the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen and NO BISCUITS!!!!! Really what’s so hard about putting together an order that you know exactly what goes in it. To pay $25.00 is not worth it last time at KFC
