Went to this location Toni to try there spicy chicken sandwich combo and it looks like Frank’s hot sauce smeared all over the top of it. The chicken chalupa was okay, fries could had used more crunch to them. And the sides were soo small ate them 4 bites each lol. But there customer service is 5 ⭐️ tho.

Staff were very pleasant, we got a bucket of chicken, yummy plenty to go around for four of us, biscuits let’s just stop here for a second and recognize the goodness that are biscuits. So tasty! The mashed potatoes were lousy and the gravy may have been thinner than water. I’ll skip them in the future. We also grabbed tacos and a gorditto which seemed somewhat small, had it been any smaller I would have said something. Tacos are tacos ….nothing to complain or praise really.

The food is great and the people are obviously working incredibly hard. However, they’re severely understaffed. I placed a pickup order for 4:45PM at around 4:25PM. I didn’t receive my food until about 4:55PM. The lot was full so I had to park in a spot that threatened to tow me if I was there for more than 15 minutes. I almost didn’t make it back on time to work because of this. I’m lucky I didn’t get towed. Given three starts strictly because a couple of people there have a really positive attitude, and I work retail so I get it.

This location is wayyyy too small to handle the amount of business they receive, so everyone suffers. The employees are clearly over-worked and underpaid so they move very slow( I don’t blame them) and the food ends up being cold and gross many times, especially at night. The customers are rude as hell because they have to wait longer than normal for fast food. It’s just a circus. Not to mention, the parking lot very small and shared with 3-4 other businesses They need to move locations, or open up another one- the demand is clearly there.

This is my first review, I would like to give 0 as there is no option so giving 1 star, i went to store to pick up an order today, as soon as arrive my order was almost ready and i asked lady whether everything was packed she said yes but sauces was packed which was ordered as part of the order. When i requested she was very very arrogant, to double check i asked whether everything is packed she shouted and responded very rudely that “ whatever you order it will be there” and when i requested for extra sause she again arrogantly asking what do you need! I came to know that her name is SABANA/ZABANA and she is the manager of the store( when i asked her name the other guy who was working on the floor was also cracking jokes and laughing). This is really very bad a worst experience i had in my experience which screwed my whole weekend. Please don’t visit this store when she is available.if manager only behaves rude how does employees do.Thanks!
