My boyfriend and I went for lunch with high hopes. When we go to a new restaurant we order a little bit of everything. We ordered 3 appetizers as well as 2 sushi rolls. Everything was tasting fine until our meals came out. eager to try something new I ordered the tai steak noodle soup and the hibachi steak lunch. The broth tasted like watered down chicken stock with no seasoning or flavoring. the noodles were over cooked. the hibachi meal was just as underwhelming, the meat was disgusting and had a horrible taste. I asked our server if she could take it off of our ticket as I was not interested in eating it. She told me she could get her boss to see what we could get figured out, when the manager came out she was very rude, unprofessional, very loud and almost offended I didn’t like my meal. I again asked her if she could take the meal off my ticket (&) she told me no because she needs to make money off of what they’re cooking. After maybe 10 minutes of bickering back and forth with her she agrees to take off the hibachi meal but left the uneaten soup on our ticket . We will not be returning to this restaurant again.
