I have been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks and I must say that I thought things were better since the new owners. The chicken was fresh the first 2 time but yesterday it was awful and dry. They gave me the wrong food so I was half way home and realized so I had to turn around and go all the way back.

VERY very sorry place! The head chef has a very nasty attitude, he won’t let you pick the cheese biscuit that you want, after you pay your money for IT! And if you complain about it, he will give you a sorriest cheese biscuit, that they keep on the side for people that complain about IT! And people in the store will laugh at you, when he does that!

A friend brought me some Chitterlings and wife ham biscuit. Good chitterlings are hard to find in this area but got to say they were as good as any I have had. The ham biscuit was delicious also! I will be going there next time in Rocky Mount!

Omg, this is the best breakfast place ever!!!! So many choices and the food, all of it is amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would and prices are so reasonable. We see the waitress Kim every time and she is the best. You definitely want to go early as they stay busy.

Absolutely great. Food great, workers great, prices great overall if you’re looking for something to eat that’s to go then that’s your place to go. Be prepared to spend at least 15 to 20 minutes in there. But promise that it’s worth it. also they don’t take call in order just a heads up.

The food just isn’t the same anymore. Really had an oxtail plate with 4 oxtails and 2 of them were nice size the other 2 was the smallest part so no meat really at all. This was once a regular place for me but I have no intentions to return ever again. Would be nice to simply get what u pay for. I do feel the breakfast food is better than lunch.

I’ve been a frequent visitor to “Key Foods” since I was a young boy (about twenty-five years), and it’s always had a welcoming and homey atmosphere. Service is always super friendly and the food is home-style and simply amazing! I definitely recommend everyone stop by here. You’ll be glad you did!
