They charged me for meals on the 16th of April, it is now the 23rd of April and the site is shutdown and no one will return my calls e-mails or messages. I will contact the BBB and my credit card company so I don’t get charges for future meals

In the beginning they were great, eventually that all went down hill. They NEVER answer the phone and twice I’ve gone to pick up my food (within the 2pm-5pm) and they’ve closed early. And then they wanted to charge me $15 to give it to me after THEY closed early. And then they delivered it at 7PM, when I told them my husband leaves work at 5. This last occurrence was the icing on the top. They sent me spoiled food. It is Wednesday 11/17 and already this food has mold. This food is supposed to last THE WEEK, therefore if the food is old, this will happen after one or two days when the client receives it. I don’t recommend them. You don’t know what quality food you’re getting. The food could be expired and you won’t know. They are VERY IRRESPONSIBLE and lack professionalism. Do your research. See all the pictures attached of the conversations and when they closed early without notice.

Horrible experience with Keto business. One week I didn’t all my meals and when I tried to get in contact with them via phone, email, or Instagram, no one would return my messages. Then, after finally someone reaching out to me, I decided to cancel my subscription and was told I will be charged $40 cancellation fee for not keeping the subscription long enough. I was ok with it and had to wait 3 to 5 days to get my refund. I am still waiting. But it gets worse, I was then charged $133 for another week of meals even though I cancelled my subscription. Again, no one answers the phones or messages.

They claim they service new hampshire, madsachusetts and other surroubding states. They have many artists and famous people that I follow advertising them as well. I decided to place week of meal prep for 3 people a total of 300 something dollars. In website it says to order thursdays if out of state so that order can arrive to your home by tuesday or wednesday. I placed this order feb 21st and it is march 10th and I have yet to receive my order. I have reached out multiple times and they take forever to reply or they leave your message on seen. My order is now supposedly arring 3/11/21. My recc is… dont orxer from these people uless you live close to them and even with that I just wouldnt orxer. Very irresponsable and false advertising a service they can keep up with. Now I cant even do a full month package because they dont hVe room in fedex for another order. And honeztly im glad i didnt get to do fullonht. To much of a hastle to get what i paid for.

Terrible. I was sent moldy food. They didn’t offer any compensation just a message saying that they’ll contact their suppliers to make sure that it doesn’t happen again. There won’t be a next time for me!

Fast and efficient service, they usually give you a call or send you a text with an estimate of when they will arrive with your food, I appreciate that even with that horrible snow storm they were able to bring me my delicious food!! I love them!!!
