I’ve been coming here all of my life. In my 60s now. It is my favorite place in the world for BBQ. The BBG sandwich comes with sweet vinegar-based slaw in moist bun. The meat is not overly dry but not so juicy (making the bun mushy). They have plenty of juice/sauce one can add to get a their personal preference. As mentioned in other reviews, the hospital puppies are tasty & crisp. And my krinkle-cut french fries.

Kepley’s Barbeque is a eastern pork barbeque treasure. I grew up on this barbeque and it is the standard for barbeque I get anywhere else. Its not chain barbeque but the real deal. The service is fast and the staff are awesome. BTW, their sweet tea and hushpuppies are the finest in the land.

I had a very disappointing experience with my takeout order. 2 takeout orders were after me and left with their food before me. I could understand one of them because he just ordered a single bbq sandwich. When I got home, I was missing a hush puppy order and no pickles on the chicken sandwich. Most places offering takeout will offer you a free drink because of your wait but not here. I didn’t even get an apology for the wait.

I ordered my wife a large BBQ Tray To Go. It was not packaged in a to go tray. Which seemed lazy, the dish looked like a kid meal (Very small portion). The BBQ was mostly vinegar and the slaw tasted bad. My wife could not eat more than a bite. I could not finish it for her, it was gross. The Hushpuppies were OK but I’ve had better. The quality of that meal would not have passed in a public school cafeteria when I was growing up. It may not be suitable for prisoners.

Got the BBQ for 4 with a side of the dip and omg the dip tasted like pure vinegar. Ruined my BBQ but without it the BBQ is very dry. I don’t know who makes the dip but need to find someone else to make it. Very disappointing

This place is a no. Customer service wasn’t friendly. Certain customers have clear favor and both staff and customers are rude about it. Food looked greasy when the (waitress) walked by but we didn’t even order, it felt racists in there with all the looks and rudeness floating around.

Kepley’s BBQ has been a main stay in High Point for as long as I can remember. We stopped by to grab some BBQ and slaw to go. Noticed a few things – looks like they are cutting back on hours (presumably trouble finding people to work) and drum roll….they have a credit card machine! You can now get you favorite bbq and HUSHPUPPIES and pay with a card. #whenpigsfly
