Great home style cooking restaurant in the heart of Thomson GA on U.S. 278. Just remember that even if you choose to dine in, your order will come out in a styrofoam takeout container. But the excellent quality of the food easily makes up for that.

Kent’s was ALWAYS my favorite place to eat growing up & even though I don’t live in T-Town anymore it’s still a wonderful place to eat. It would be 5stars however if only they hadn’t changed the gravy on the hamburger steak. I was so sad when I got home and tried it.

The food was great, but the restaurant could have used a good cleaning especially the mens bathroom. I suggest calling order in if your in a hurry because most of the food is cooked from scratch but if in the area suggest stopping.

The customer service is always awesome. I love all of those ladies that work the counter and in the back! They’ll cut up with you, just don’t take them too serious. food is normally pretty dang good as well! Chicken tenders, club sandwich, & a hot fudge milkshake are all dang near perfect!

The staff was very friendly….but the food was NOT good at all. Everything seemed to be wayyy overcooked. The chicken tenders and catfish filet was as tough as rubber.
