Sunday Supper Singers
Everything was full of flavor! Each item I had tasted homemade, greenbeans were cooked just right. I had the sliced pork and it was not fatty. The sweet sauce had a great old fashioned flaver but not overly sweet.

Lunch time was made so much easier by stopping here. The food was cooked perfectly and our waitress was superb. The prices were fantastic and lower than expected for the amounts we were served. This will definitely become a destination for us when we need to drive to the area. It’s a 45 minute drive so won’t be as often as we like but if we need to be in the area we will make it a planned stop on our itinerary for the trip.

I had one of the best steaks I have ever had. New York strip that just melts in your mouth. You don’t need A1 or any steak sauce to cover it the taste is amazing. The fried okra just made the whole experience even better. A must visit for anyone driving through

Wasn’t impressed. It’s a busy restaurant. Baked bean’s tasted like ketchup. Ribs were very dry not fresh at all. And the cole slaw was bland. Not my favorite. And I am in fact a bar b que lover. Ribs are my favorite food. Wasn’t my first visit. We went a few time’s there was more than one in Lake City Florida. But the food was the same both places. It’s not a cheap price neither. So I haven’t been back.

Very disappointed in my experience at this Kens. Definitely not the chain I remember as a kid or the same as when I worked at in the one in Madison back in 2010. The staff seemed very rude to my party of 8 and hateful for our presence in the restaurant. Gordon Ramsey’s and his show Kitchen Nightmare would be a great fix to bring this barbecue favorite of mine back.
