They got their system down! Came in on Friday night. Line was a couple ppl deep & they just moved pol through. They were funny & really kind. Definitely go in knowing what you want because they are working!

The chicken flavor is consistent but bruh, they gave me the tiniest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen! The drum stick was about 3in and wing was for a barbie. Lmao.

Great fried chicken right in downtown Holyoke. Good prices and friendly staff. The 21 piece bucket is great when your hitting up a pot luck dinner party and don’t have time to make an entree to share. Service is quick and chicken is crispy. It’s a quick service restaurant so don’t expect a fancy spot.

Great food but dont try ordering anything else on the menu cause they are NOT happy about cooking to order. I got a burger and it was a big deal that they had to cook it. Also you would think a place that cooks food would be warm but no. It was 35° outside and that was warmer than the inside of Kennedy. So like I said great food but not great service.

I stopped in here quickly and I am not at all disappointed. The lady at the counter was an absolute sweetheart (I wish I caught her name so I could shout her out) and the chicken I got is obviously very fresh and naturally sourced (none of those 3 lb mutant drumsticks here) will definitely go back.
