We’ve ordered from here a few times and love it! The food is always freshly made, tasty and holds up well – whether being delivered or when wanting to reheat to eat the next day. The entrees we’ve had have been really great portion sizes also – Teriyaki Seafood Deluxe, Thai Pineapple Fried Rice w. Shrimp, Teriyaki Chicken, Ken Shin Chicken,etc. The Chicken Yakitori app is really good too. And it feels like you get a good amount of food for the price, even though it’s not even that expensive in my opinion (it costs less to order directly or pick-up then through a delivery all of course).

I wanted to like this place very badly, because the food was good and reasonably priced. However, they gave the wrong roll for one of our orders and asked us to come back to fix it. When we did, not only did they take back the rolls they’d given by mistake, but they also charged us the difference for the rolls we actually wanted. After walking all the way back there due to their mistake, this practice seems quite stingy and disrespectful to the customer. Either they could have comped the difference or allowed us to keep both rolls. The final straw was that the some of the rainbow rolls, which were supposed to wrapped in sashimi, were wrapped in avocado instead. The whole experience left me not wanting to come back here.

Ordered chicken pho and green mango boba tea for pickup. Customer service was fine. The broth was really good but the chicken was over-cooked. Average portions, reasonably priced. Bubble tea was excellent.

ordered take out, didn’t provide chopsticks and mei fun was angel hair pasta not rice or singapore noodles. When I called they told me that the noodles were not angel hair they were rice noodles and I didn’t include plastic ware on the app so they didn’t include chopsticks, although I also ordered sushi. Never again

Today 6/6/23 I went to get lunch. I ordered the ken shen chicken. I asked is I could have a little sause. The waiter told me either I get sauce or no sauce. I been ordering from ken shin for years never a problem getting my meal with a little sauce. I honestly feel this particular staff / famiy member was racist. Again, I will say I was never treated this way in the past. I won’t ever go to this restaurant again because now I don’t trust it. Really sad the damage one employee can cause. Don’t spend money where your not respected.

I ordered the Mongolian Beef. Taste wise, it was great! However the issue is, the bowl I received was about 80% onions! There was barely any beef in the bowl. Very disappointed especially for the price I paid. Too much onions vs the actual beef. I do not recommend this place.

Have never eaten from here, but have done a lot of deliveries for them. They are fantastic to work with, so respectful of delivery people and their time. The orders are ready on time 99% of the time, which is VERY impressive. Extremely well run organization and I’m certain their food is delicious too, will have to try eventually.
