3 of my family members ate from this place today and this is the only place they all ate(similarly) at as a result of a stomach virus. My wife as well 2 toddlers are having bad stomach sessions and I felt it was important the owner/company is aware of this. FOCUS ON FOOD SAFETY.

The “food” they serve is mediocre, not very fresh. The noodles they serve are probably frozen. The people working there are not too friendly and don’t care at all. Yes, it’s Chinese food; don’t let the deceptive name fool you. There’s a reason why Chinese food is mentioned so much in these reviews—this place serves Chinese food. Their employee, when one of us ordered the seafood combo (combo 3) only let us have shrimp (not fish), and it was confusing (due to their careless nature) to understand whether or not fish was allowed when we sent someone over to ask again.

I get this food from a different mall location all the time. This location is horrible. Food was bland, overpriced, noodles were hard, portions are smaller, you have to pay for extra sauce, i was charged $3 extra for a side that was included in my combo, none of this is done at the other location. I would’ve been better off with a slice of pizza. Employees aren’t very nice either.

Before I could even order I noticed it was a language barrier , which is fine but when I tried to order. She didn’t take direction very well I even pointed to what I wanted to order and she still couldn’t understand. And kept saying the same thing asking if I wanted spicy shrimp or non spicy shrimp when I told her, what I wanted. I even pointed to what I wanted to order. I’m a very understanding and patient person but I have my limits. I just ended up walking away and ordering from another restaurant.

My friend and I yesterday ordered chicken and two sides each, the chicken tasted old from the day before and they put too much sugar on it. There’s no taste except sweetness. That’s my first and last to eat at Kelly’s Cajun Grill at American Dream Mall location. They don’t deserve even one star.

The register is in Japanese and the server just pointed at the tip for us to tip instead of helping us pay. We waited a while because they only had one person working when the line was decently long and other employees just stood around . Not the greatest experience
