My SO went and got me a small tuna sub/grinder from this place. I am not from this area so this was my first time. He had only been here once before and had only an ok experience, his cheeseburger grinder hardly had any meat. We live close by so we decided to give this place another shot.

I ordered a delivery of 2 sandwiches and the guy took my ordered rung it in wrong other than how I communicated and then told me he would still charge me claimed he read the order back but failed to realize only one was supposed to be toasted bought me a extremely blazing hot chicken salad sandwich almost burned my mouth and refused to make me another sandwich didn’t even say he’d take the old one back and then wanted to charge me for his own mistake save your money and be careful when you order from here I even had a withness who heard me speak to him when I placed the order horrible customer service!!!!!!!

I would find another place to order delivery! The last few times I have ordered from here it has taken over an hour to get to me. Hot food is warm at best when it gets here. I order for one person, usually a sandwich and an app, so should take forever to make and deliver.

Ordered a turkey BLT wrap, large Italian with EXTRA lettuce, and a small pepperoni pizza. As you can see they followed directions with the lettuce, ha. First time trying this place. Ordered takeout and the service was pretty fast and friendly. However, if you think this pizza is good then I really don’t know what to say. It’s comparable to cardboard with sauce, and that’s putting it nicely.

Simple Aesthetics
I’ll just leave it short and sweet, been a loyal customer for 4+ years now. The owner treats you like it’s his passion to serve you food. All the staff are great people. Don’t be afraid to ask them to remake food that didn’t come out to YOUR standard, they compensate and completely understand. As for me there food always came out perfect and there pizza smokes any around in Worcester. 10/10

Horrible food, The pizza had no type of sauce on it at all so it was really dry & then I asked them if they mozzarella sticks was breaded and they weren’t they are squared and have a light crust to them, honestly last time I ever order from here again!
