So happy I found this place! Best comfort food hands down. Our go to is Da Pua’a meets the Poke Nachos. Great starter with the fam or a meal for 2.

Cool little spot with some great treats. You have to try the “Da Pua’a meet the Poke Nachos” (it’s a mountain of poke nachos) and Kailua Pork. Very yummy local place.

It wasn’t very busy the nights we came but the staff still treated us with respect and quickly served us our orders. The food was flavourful and while it was something new for us, it was a great experience and definitely worth the price.

Really enjoyed the experience here. Sat immediately, and the food was fresh and delicious. Plenty of selection and I choose chicken enchiladas and Mexican Corn. The corn was pretty good The rice was a little plain but I still ate everything. Now the chicken enchiladas come with a little kick but delicious!!! The services is great. Staff was attentive and very quick to help. Dishes cleared quick, water always full. Make sure you ask for water if you want it. I will be going back no question asked. Many more options to try.

Just might be the best Mexican food on the island, and there’s a lot of good Mexican places. Everything from the flautas, to the pulehu chicken (grill roasted, bbq style, superb) to beans, rice and kalus pork, this ono food kept coming. Also, the best haupia I’ve ever had, i think. Fantastic haupia. (Coconut) will definitely be going back to try some from the local Hawaiian menu.

This place is awesome, Great prices, the food is delicious, at the moment I enter they made me feel welcome and that is a plus, everything we ordered came as we ordered and they have Taco Tuesday for 1.50 a taco best price on island. The table was clean and everything else looks super clean. This place is a must to visit.

Sadly, this place has gone downhill recently. I’ve been going here for years and have brought dozens of friends. It’s one of my go-to places. I took a friend today and was sorely disappointed. They’ve moved to a QR code menu. When I ordered, it charged me a $2 “convenience fee.” I’m supposed to pay a “convenience fee” for the waiter to not come to my table??? I also had to pay the tip on the QR menu before ordering…how do I know how the service will be?…more on that later. Prices had gone up…I get it, and don’t mind paying more for good food. I ordered a chorizo burrito…$30. Again, I don’t mind paying for good food. What came out was some sort of Frankenstein chicken burrito. I asked the waiter about it. After conferring with the cook, he said “the cook decided to add some chicken to your burrito.” What??? They just give me what they want me to eat, not what I want??? So, in the end, I paid $30 for a chicken burrito I didn’t order or want. Why would I pay a tip before finding out about this terrible service? I was very embarrassed to bring my friend here. Needless to say, I don’t think he’ll return. Unfortunately, I doubt I will either. This place used to be great.

OMGOSH!!! This place was AWESOME!! Super friendly service. The combo spicy poke/pork nachos were AMAZING and HUGE!! Teriyaki chicken was good too but honestly my husband and I could’ve just eaten the nachos and we would have been full! Glad we found this hidden gem!! We came here after visiting Pearl Harbor (only 6 minutes away). You can tell this is a local hot spot!! So glad we came…would HIGHLY recommend!!
