I absolutely love this place. The food is always well made. We’ve had their garlic wings and burgers. My toddler thoroughly enjoyed their tenders. Everything is made to order and fresh. Their crinkle fries are made just right with a side of cheese for dipping!

Amazing Food Overall. We had 2 Half Racks of ribs, Chicken Tenders, and the Burger. Chicken tenders were amazing not dry at all like most places – best tenders I had ever. Ribs were fantastic lots of meat on them and amazing, Burger was cooked to perfection. The waitress we had was very mindful and kind , made sure we had everything we needed, 100% will comeback

I wanted to share my experience eating here because no one should have to waste their time or money coming to this place. I ordered 5 chicken wings with fries and after eating one I realized that it was really salty. I then ate another one but I really didn’t like eating them and I was just trying to force myself to eat them anyway. I then decided to ask the server for a different meal. She went to her manager Kristina who said that I should pick a different flavor. I was trying to be nice and just asked for a different meal. She insisted that I order more wings. I refused because they really were not good at all. They were overly cooked on the outside and had a lot of black spots. They refused to change my meal after explaining to them why I didn’t like the meal. I spoke with another lady outside named Jessica who claimed to be one of the managers and she did seem to care either. Kristina wouldn’t even come to the table to address my concerns. There is a sign in the bathroom that says they recycle the beer there and it’s supposed to be funny. I’m not laughing. The server was nice and I paid for the meal and left her a tip. She at least tried.

Great food! Awesome atmosphere. If you’re into hand egg or other stick ball sports, great place to catch a game. Fries were perfectly crisp, burgers were mouth watering! Decor in the men’s room is particularly entertaining!! Would recommend to locals and out of towners alike!

Came in on a sunday and place was kind of crowded. We were seated and orderded shortly after. It took 50 mins to get our food. Food was amazing and deserves 5 stars. However people was served beforebus that arrived 15 to 20 mins after us.

The corn pops were out of this world and the grilled garlic wings melted in our mouths. We were repeatedly given new frozen mugs for our beer. This has become our favorite go-to pub on the mainland.

I’ve been coming to Keg South (the keg) for about 20 years. The wings are the best around (season grilled or “Romy” wings are my go-to) and the beer is always ice cold. The fish dip and shoestring fries never disappoint.

Incredibly upsetting visit. Not my first time so I went prepared to expect service that is not so fantastic but truly I’m not someone that cares if the service is amazing as long as you don’t give me attitude and bring out what I ordered, I could care less. My problem comes in when I get attitude that is not warranted. We order fried wings with sauce of the side and they were brought out with sauce on it, sounds not so bad but when we confronted the bartender and asked her nicely about it she immediately cut us off mid sentence and caught an attitude. She said we never said anything about the sauce being on the side then told us she wasn’t going to argue with us on this. Her solution was that she could have the cook fry them again (so it would be double fried with sauce on it – Incredible solution and super healthy I’m sure) we let her know we’d try them out how they came out and if anything we just wouldn’t have the wings, no need to refry. So she disappeared for the rest of the night. Fantastic. The other basket we ordered had pink in the chicken. Oh and there was a fly in the beer pitcher . I don’t know if they’re service has gotten worse but I DEFINITELY won’t be going back. Not a fan of attitude/rude staff, messed up orders, or undercooked wings.

I like this place. It never gets too crowded, which is good because it’s small. The food is decent as are their prices. Their staff is amazingly polite, which may be my favorite part of the restaurant. I go here whenever I have the opportunity. I would definitely recommend to anyone who just wants to relax and enjoy their friend’s company over a few beers.
