The restaurant may be compact, yet the cuisine is delightful. With a group of five, the slight drawback was the small table size. Enhancing the food ordering process could be achieved effortlessly by jotting down on paper, which is my proposal to the server. Regrettably, the biryani didn’t meet expectations; its unappetizing yellow hue impacted its presentation. On a brighter note, the remaining dishes were tasty.

This was in the Eaters list of good indian restaurants in San Francisco city so we wanted to try it. It had plenty of vegetarian options to choose from. We ordered the Aloo Matar. The spice level was good and overall it was good. We’ve tried other Indian restaurants in the city so this is better than perhaps most indian restaurants there.

Good Indian food but the service is what helped raise it by a star. The butter panner was good but not the best in the city, I like the garlic naan but felt it needed more butter and salt. A good place to try if you live in the area

Have to try the fish curry! I think a new favorite for us! And yes get the Goat Biryani – we had it on the mild side because we’re not so used to the heat, but also there were so many nice flavors that came through. Always a nice experience – oh yeah, take out is fine but it’s so much better having it there. It just is better, you know?

The food was great. I loved the malai kofta, especially the intense flavor of safron. This was quite unique for malai kofta. The egg curry was home style, suitable with both breads and rice. Mutton rogan josh was good too, the meat was soft, well cooked and flavorful.
