Placed order at 9:30p, just for it to be refunded at 9:45p. No call, no notification of cancellation. Called 10+ times and no one answered. I’m not one to complain as I’ve worked in 2 fast food restaurants and now in another customer service job. I’m the one to get mad at the one complaining. But when my family doesn’t eat because someone is too lazy to pick up a phone and call a customer, even when we PROVIDE our phone number, that’s absolutely absurd. I’m appalled by the way my order was handled. As someone ordering here for the first time, and a new resident of Mansfield, I am very disappointed that I am already down a pizza place to order from.

KD you are one nasty business. Absolutely disgusting. Where do you hire your employees? The ghetto? And the manager is worse than the employees. Do they require belts or at least morals in the hiring process? Now let’s talk about the food! It’s garbage. The worst pizza and wings I’ve ever ate! 0/10. DO NO BUY FROM HERE! Rude people obviously make the nastiest food.

This place has went down hill. We pay nearly $9 for a sub, spuds, and soda deal. (We got 4) We get maybe 4 slices of meat, 2 pieces of cheese, on mostly burnt bread. (On all 4) Very disappointed, and not sure I will be coming back. Best part of this deal was the wedges.

Spent $60 total on the order. Pay off the order was 2lbs of wings with extra sauce. A mix of Garlic parmesan and hot. When we got our food it was literally dry. When we called it took us 2 times trying, and the manager line was obviously being ignored, the acting manager who “made the wings himself” was instantly hostile and defensive. And refused to give us a chance to talk. And at the end of everything he said he wouldn’t do anything and then hung up.

Ordered special offer 45 last night 18 inch pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. Got home opened it up it had mushrooms pepperoni and cheese didn’t look like they put extra cheese on it. It was way undercooked cheese wasn’t melted all the way pizza tasted luke warm and mushrooms were slimy and undercooked. Looked like the pizza was rushed through the oven too fast or they don’t have the temperature up on the oven to cook it all the way through. Luckily we were home and cooked it the rest of the way in the oven. We don’t even live 15 minutes away for the pizza not to be hot. After cooking it in the oven we tried the pizza and it still tasted weird like the toppings were old or expired like they’ve been sitting out for awhile without properly storing them in the refrigerator or freezer. Cheese tasted like it came from a cheaper source either GFS or Sam’s Club never tasted like this before very disappointed tasted gross will not be ordering from them ever again.

My review is for the Mansfield location. My chicken salad was fresh! The pasta/lasagna is always good too! It sometimes takes a little longer but they are always super friendly, inexpensive, and very customer oriented! The man who took my order made sure the delivery guy knew where my new address was before bringing it. My advice, take some of these reviews with a grain of salt…the food is good, arrives hot and/or fresh, at great prices.

If you change your hours, you need to update them on Google and your online ordering platform. It’s not hard. Apparently they close at 11 PM now, not midnight. So the order I placed at 10:50 PM that was estimated to be ready at 11:30 PM will have to be refunded. Also, called the number and listened to an awful prerecorded ad for 3 minutes before the line hung up on me lol. Just close down if you don’t want to work or serve a quality product

The pizza was raw. After we waited 45 minutes for a pick up. The chicken wings and French fries because we got the family pack or whatever it’s called.. Were cold cold and thrown in a massive Box so they slid all around on our way home. The cheesebread was cheese bread was so thick that the inside of the dough was cold and super chewy. It looked like drug deals were happening in the parking lot because their employees kept coming and going in-and-out and meeting their friends out in the parking lot. The place was not very clean. There was c*** everywhere. Would not recommend we’ll not go back and was so excited to have a new pizza place in Mansfield that might be better than the other ones that are there.

This place has been in a free fall since before the pandemic. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE. CALL. They may not be open, because they don’t have the staff. And then it’s a nightmare to get in touch with someone to get a refund.
