My partner and I visited and tried the Thai iced tea, pork dumplings fried rice, and udon. The beef udon was lovely, noodles were perfect with a little chew, super tender beef, and perfect level of spice. Fried rice had amazing flavor as well as texture with little crunch rice bits. Thai iced tea was perfect level of sweetness. We just moved to Buffalo from Boston and this is the best meal I’ve had in the city thus far. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Wonderful meal! The place was hard to find as the sign is behind parked cars, but it’s big and spacious inside – great service, and nice flavors (mix of Thai, Lao, Vietnamese) street parking is so convenient (a little difficult on a baseball game night) – highly recommend!

the location is amazing. as soon as you walk in the door, you have to walk downstairs and it’s like a little hidden bar. love the style of the restaurant. the service was amazing, everyone was so nice and attentive. the food was some of the best Asian food I’ve had in buffalo, and some of the best dinners I’ve had here. We had the chicken lo mien and the somen, with land and sea dumplings (beef, pork, and crab) and a K:Dara old fashioned that’s on their cocktail menu. the somen was spiced and i was able to add extra sauces if i liked, but it was honestly so good the way it came. a double serving was $17, which left me enough to take home later. the prices are reasonable, especially for the delicious food and wonderful service.

First off, the space is beautiful. Tucked away underground in one of the oldest buildings in Buffalo. However, it’s still open, airy, and bright. Secondly, the food is amazing. The flavors are on point and everything tastes so fresh. Oh and the dumplings are to die for. Thirdly, the service is attentive and friendly. This is my new go-to place for lunch when I work downtown:

Went for dinner with a few coworkers spur of the moment. It was a pretty busy evening but we were able to get seats at the bar. The bartender Stacy was so friendly and some of the meals/drinks. The food was okay and drinks were great. However, we will not return. There was a worker running around during the rush, who come to find out is the owner of the restaurant. My coworkers and I heard this woman belittling her employees and we felt so bad for them. How do you run a restaurant by treating your workers so disrespectfully. I can’t imagine how she speaks to them when no one can hear. I wanted to offer the workers a job at my restaurant where they would be welcomed with open arms. No employee deserves that. After reading reviews on fb this seems to be something other customers noticed too.

Went here on a Saturday night for dinner and got the homemade udon noodle chicken stir fry special and fresh rolls and they were both incredible, service was equally incredible and the atmosphere was great! Will definitely be going back again in the future!
