Very disappointed I ask the guy at the counter is the chicken fresh not dried out in the heat window an he said it was good …he gave me extra pieces only because they should of been thrown in the trash which I ended up doing they were not eatable it was a waist of money..I would of waited for fresh wings he was in a rush not me…was looking forward to ordering food for a party but with that type of service I will spend my money some place else

Different owner than a couple years ago, I made an order at 10:35 and left at 11:34, they took 1 hour for 1 cheese steak and people that came after me left quicker, even when a guy ordered 3 pizzas. Unless you have an hour to wait for a simple thing you don’t want to stop here. Also the cheese steak is bad, not recommended at all

We order $40 worth of food. Gave us the wrong sauce for our wings, we asked for plain wings with the sauce on the side. We called the and told them that we didnt get our soda, the sauce was wrong & the wings had sauce on it instead of on the side. They said they were bringing 20 wings & BBQ sauce & the 2 liter back to us, never did. Ended up throwing the chicken wings out. Got tired of waiting. Worse customer service ever. After saying they were bringing a 2 liter, an 20 piece wings & sauce on the side. They called back 20min later & said they were only bringing the sauce and never showed up.. going on 2 hours since we ordered.

Best pizza in the area. Don’t listen to any negative reviews on this, they probably just had a bad day. The ingredients are high in quality, the dough they use is top-notch and has plenty of flavor. Glad I stumbled into KCs!

Disappointing. Scrawny chicken. Ordered 8pc, was given 3 thighs, 1 breast, 2 wings,& 2 legs. 1 of pc of ribs was missing almost 2/3 the meat on 1 side of the bone. Also had an upset stomach all night after eating some of it. I liked the ribs better than the chicken

My husband and I ordered from here to a motel near our house. The wait time (1st time) wasn’t too long but they majorly messed up our order. Asked for extra ketchup and revived none. The marinara sauce was the consistency of straight water. And they gave my husband the wrong sandwich… so he had to wait longer for them to bring him the right one. One good thing is he liked the philly cheese steak once he finally got it… the mozzarella sticks and curly fries are nothing to write home about.

Got told three different prices between me and my girlfriend didn’t even get the chips with our sandwiches charged me a dollar extra because I wanted to substitute banana peppers for mushrooms got charged nearly $30 for two sandwiches and some cheese sticks and when asking about the outrageous charges the delivery driver which was the owner couldn’t give good enough reasons and got upset at me and basically threw the receipt in my hand and handed me my food horrible experience food wasn’t bad but no worth the price and luck of customer service skills never getting from them again joe’s pizza is better and is always estatic when I order and didn’t mention gas prices like the owner did be warned

First off,it’s not the same owners from a few years ago so the food quality has went down.i walk in,guy walks to the counter asked what i would like..i tell him,he then tells me hold on one sec..never comes bac to the counter and started taking phone orders!! Never put my order in,so after a few mins myself and another gentleman that came in behind me walked out! Costumer service was horrible!!

Ordered jan 29 2017 at night time …. Tatiana the cashier had extremely bad rude nasty attitude customer service….. She rushed me so bad like here here is your card and get out..the food is decent but her attitude make you not wanting to get her to place an order if she’d be the one taking it or cashing you out…..and also sometimes they over price you between 50 cents to a dollar like nothing was done…smh.
