My wife is vegan, which is challenging in this area, but KB’s was a great option! Food was very flavorful and filling. I’d definitely go back. I love the build your own burrito choices. Very reasonable price point for the quality of food.

We decided to check the new location out, so we arrived approximately 1 hour before they closed and ordered our food. Needless to say, our food was delicious. However, I must say that the woman working the front counter was, how do I say this… a ray of sunshine. She seemed annoyed that we were there, and my elderly parents were slightly struggling to order their food since the screens for the menu were out. But she seemed annoyed and not happy with us. And was definitely in a rush to get us out as we finished up eating.

I originally was not going to say anything, but seeing as the other reviews have had similar experiences, I figured I might as well. I went in on August 6, early afternoon, and received awful customer service. The lady working the counter seemed annoyed with me the minute I walked in, kept cutting me off mid-order, and was on her phone while putting in my order. I love KB’s food, but the horrible service I received makes me not want to return.

My favorite breakfast burrito in town. Packed with great flavor, crispy bacon and potatoes, and fluffy eggs. The great variety of fresh salsas is an impactful addition to each bite. The menu is full of lots of diversity and even has a substantial vegetarian section.

Got the Ketchum burrito and a breakfast burrito. Fantastic! Breakfast was normal really good lots of bacon but the Ketchum knocked it out of the park and blew me away. Do yourself a favor and get one, you won’t be disappointed! They were super quick and had a great experience!

Food’s great! The woman at the register at the Twin Falls location said nothing to me and had a rotten look on her face.. I was very nice to her, not sure what her deal was… Maybe just a bad day. A bit off-putting.. Not sure if I’ll be back.
