It’s soooooo delicious. It’s a bit pricey, but very much worth it. The main chef always makes your order fresh. If you’re in a rush order ahead, since he truly makes it when you order, you have to wait for the food to be cooked. The authenticity and freshly made food is my favorite thing about this place, to me it’s worth the wait. He’s friendly and gets familiar with the repeat customers. With 4 chicken spots, 3 pizza places, 5 burgers joints, and being a BBQ Mecca; Lockhart needed to mix things up. Kaze is a breath of fresh air and wonderful addition to this business community. It’s my personal top 3 favorite places in town.

Ate here multiple times and have tried everything on the menu… everything has been fresh and tasteful…will continue to come back here. Highly recommend for anyone who lives here in Lockhart and all travelers. Great prices for what you get. Very happy about the service.

Ordered to go last night, I had the grilled pork vermicelli with egg rolls. It was delicious, the seasoning is good Vietnamese style. The egg rolls are Vietnamese style as well, Closest kind from the egg rolls I grew up eating. Best you can hope for in south/central tx for light Asian food. My husband had the lemongrass chicken and was pleasantly surprised and impressed on how good and light the meal was. I also met the chef. He’s lao/Vietnamese so that’s a good sign

This place is so good that this is my first review I’ve ever done. So here it goes: Hein the owner is a badass. Fun to talk to and cooks the best asian food I’ve ever had. If you don’t know what to order just tell him you’ll have what Eric gets and it’ll change your life. Enjoy!

Well land o goshin…..found a gem in da ruff here. I have tried grilled pork vermicelli in colorado, new Mexico, portland, Austin…..and this was by far the best. The secret is in the lightness of the fish oil, and a touch of sweetness in the meat. Will be trying out other dishes soon. Welcome to lockhart. I pray you find success here.
