The Ramen was AMAZING! So far it was the best we have ever had. We tried another popular ramen restaurant in Albany prior, but Kazan was much better. Also, the sushi was delicious and well made. The staff was super friendly and polite. Our waiter was super patient and answered all of our questions. The food came out quickly. The steamed duck rolls were incredible. We had a fantastic experience and plan to return. The one and only thing I would change would be to add a kids menu. It is perfect without it of course, but would be a good addition for families 🙂

What a great experience. From the appetizers to the main meals, everything was delicious. Very friendly staff and the ramen bowl was one of the best I’ve had. My little girls are huge sushi fans and they gave the “thumbs up”approval. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a great place for a noodle bowl or sushi.

This Is my second favorite ramen place (the ramen is really good, but I have a go-to place that is closer to home). The spicy ramen was perfectly spiced and the Dinosaur Egg was absolutely delicious! I left so full I thought I may not eat again for a few days (spoiler, it was more like six hours, lol). Highly recommend this gem if you are at or near the mall.

The Presentation of the food was on point . service was very lousy. I placed my drink order first. My appetizers came out before my drink. we waited 15 minute for our drinks after the appetizer. Our main course arrived to the table with one bowl of rice . the waitress said she’d be right back with the second bowl. I had to ask twice for the second bowl of rice. Long story short they just lost a customer. I paid my hundred dollar check .then explain to the boss that my fist experience was better than the second one. He said OK I’m sorry. From start to end bad experience. I would not recommend this restaurant.

The service was excellent. Quick, considerate, and professional. It wasn’t the best ramen I’ve had but still tasty, more importantly I mentioned that my short ribs were mostly bone and no meat and was given a meatier replacement. I appreciated that my feedback was heard and rectified. I’d recommend this place over most of the restaurants in this mall.

I cannot give my praises ENOUGH!! The food is absolutely delectable. My fiancé and I come here often and we’re blown away every single time. I recommend the ramen above all else. I’ve tried multiple different meats, broths and ingredients and each combination is unique and flavorful. The pork belly entrée is also exceptionally tasty and comes with 2 delicious sauces for dipping or marinating. The experience of cooking the meat on the barbecue is entertaining. The food comes in large portions and it’s VERY high quality. Their miso soup and fried rice are the best I’ve ever had. Staff are all exceptionally friendly, and one even talked me down from a panic attack at one point. Again I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

I had the pleasure of going to this fine establishment over the weekend. It was a pleasant dining experience and a clean place right off the bat. I was greeted by my waiter Timmy who was extremely kind and is a wonderful waiter. When running an establishment it’s a huge benefit to have good customer service and that is what we received through Timmy and the wonderful cooks. I have been all across the world and have even traveled to China where I have had some of the best Asian foods and ramens possible. The Kazan BBQ, Ramen, & Bar was extremely good and I’m glad I chose to go here. The food was very reminiscent of my trips to Asia and was as good if not better then the true authentic food from Asia that I have tried.

Omg this place was soo good! Drinks were phenomenal and food was amazing. I had grandmas fried rice I believe it was called and it was delicious! My husband had ramen and he also couldn’t stop bragging about his meal. No kids menu so you’d either have to buy them a regular meal or share with them. Would be cool if they did smaller kids portions for kids but that would be my only complaint. Will most definitely be back!

I’ve been here for all occasions, date night, family dinner, and solo numerous times and cannot recommend Kazan enough to all my friends. I have never had a bad food experience here, I leave feeling full but not bloated, and the staff is incredible!! 10/10 EVERY TIME. Literally reviewing in the restaurant they are this good.
