The hostess that took my order was extremely knowledgeable about the menu options.( I asked a lot of questions not having eaten there before). The food came fresh hot and exactly as how pictured.TOTALLY IMPRESSED! Oh and the packaging is just as well thought out as the food. First time here and let me say they did not disappoint! Ordered the spanakopita it was delicious tasty flaky and full of flavor I was surprised to find a part salad inside the box! I also had a yummy home made dinner roll came with it as well as butter. The peanut butter cookie was so darn good. I will be going back often! Fresh food made to order really made to order not frozen like most places.

Stopped off at Kate’s place by chance as I was passing through town and was thrilled at the service and freshness of the food. I got a kale salad with amazing guacamole and it was some of the most delicious salad i’ve had. The person behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

We were regular customers here up until yesterday when we received an incorrect order and when we tried to kindly address it, received a combative person who blamed us for the way it was rung up and would not fix it without us paying for another one. So not only did we end up with an item that we could not eat and already paid for, but they also charged us extra for something we didn’t ask for. While this experience is not typical, it was very disappointing and discouraging.

After an 11+ hour drive we decided we wanted to order something other than delivery pizza when we got to our hotel in Matamoras. I found KateryToGo and saw that the reviews were good. And, oh my goodness, we were NOT disappointed. The service was exceptional, the prices were great, and the food was beyond delicious. We seriously will make a point of stopping here again just so we can order their delicious food!
