This is a covid 19 takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. First let me say that the people were were amazingly friendly and outgoing. Very welcoming. I started with the house made beef stew. It was loaded with stock, beef, and flavor. I also got garlic bread, French fries, and the Hot Ramona. The garlic bread was nicely done with a good flavor. The fries were very crispy and good, possibly double cooked. The sandwich which had meatballs and sausage was excellent. A lot of really good flavor here also. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.9.

I never leave a negative response but this was below standards . We had a menu sent early for an Easter Brunch what was on the menu wasn’t served , items missing. Paid full price for items that were not there. Food that was served was very poorly cooked and served cold.

My brother is a member of the American Legion in Auburn. One day he invited me there for lunch the food was absolutely amazing ….. I went home told my wife we’re going to lunch at the legion in Auburn tomorrow and she kind of looked at me similar to how a dog does when it doesn’t understand what’s going on and they tilt their head like “what are you talking about?” Lunch at a American Legion?

Stopped in tonight. The place is very clean and bright. The clam strips were fabulous . Everything was hot, fresh, great ingredients. My boyfriend’s burger was cooked perfectly. Looking forward to more meals in the future.

For what we ordered the food was excellent. The BLT was loaded with bacon, and the fish and clams were excellent. The salad was phenomenal and the portions on everything were quite generous for what we paid for. For a small and unassuming place the food is phenomenal, and we’ll definitely be recommending Karols to our friends as well as being repeat customers.

The Thanksgiving meal was amazing can’t say enough about the food. made my Thanksgiving day a blessing as I work night shift. The pies were phenomenal. Praying Karol makes a Christmas dinner. Thank you so much to everyone that got up early to cook for my family. Can’t wait to try more on the menu.

Lifetime customer after second visit!!!!!! After picking up order we realized that we didn’t have one of our sandwiches we had ordered, before I even had a chance my phone was ringing and it was Karol’s… They were calling to tell me that they had forgotten to put it in the bag and that they would delivery it to us right away. We live 25 mins away and were thinking once we told him that he would just offer to credit the card but he said he didn’t care and that it was his mistake and he would be right over… That is how you should handle your business he know that even if he credited the card that we still wouldn’t have what we ordered… In the times now when nobody owns their mistakes (especially food places) it’s good to know that there are still great people and great businesses out there. I would recommend Karol’s to anybody looking for a place to go for great food and even better people..
