The food is very good the issue is if they get it right. I take to go stuff and I’v been given the wrong stuff called them; only to have some tell me to drive 30 minutes back and return for the right food. With the price of gas up, and me being an my pajamas already and having my wife tell me off because the food is incorrect not a good thing I highly recommend no take outs.

This place does not have good customer service at all. Please shop elsewhere. I spent good money and did not enjoy anything I purchased. I ended up finding a nice lady on Instagram by the name of @Nessa_Sweets and she accommodated me the same day due to the lack of customer service Karinas showed. They lacked empathy when I complained about my order. This isn’t how you keep regular customers. You have lost this customer for good.

Service might be a bit slow sometimes but this place has become a staple for my friends and I. The papusas always come out perfect and you cannot beat the price. Another bonus is the bakery where you can get all the tres leches and botillos you can eat.
