Been here multiple times, I’m aware that the place is looking for help. I call and order in for food more than a half an hour before close. As soon as I walk in the door I’m immediately “greeted” with, “we’re closed”. I work in food service every day and never once have I said that to a customer that walks in before we’re actually closed. (Or even after) Now granted there was a mistake made. She wasn’t aware there was another order. Fine, honest mistake. I peek inside my bag to double check as my hesitancy to a fully correct order grows from that lovely greeting. Again, I completely honest mistake. They forgot my side of coleslaw. This review would not be up if these two things were my whole experience. It was getting home to surprise my parents with their favorite dish from this place. And when they open it up there’s no rice inside their Mexican RICE BOWL. At this point I wish they just said we’re not taking orders at this point because spending 45 bucks, and still giving you guys a tip for the service I didn’t get is a little upsetting. I just got out of college. I don’t have a lot of money. Tried to call back before their official close time to inform them of their mistake, but of course no answer. I’m not saying don’t go here. Make great food, and in all my other experiences are friendly. But don’t here within an hour of their closing time.

A great spot for a quick meal. I got a gluten-free wrap and the lady taking my order made sure to make note of my gluten allergy. They even allowed me to modify the chicken caesar wrap to have grilled chicken instead of fried chicken so that it would be gluten-friendly. Highly recommend.

I’ve been here three times since they’ve opened and can say confidently that this establishment offers fantastic food at a fair price. Chicken tenders have plenty of meat on them, good size and fries are crispy. Fried fish special is wonderful. This fried fish is dry enough that I could eat it with my hands. Coleslaw actually has flavor. Customer service is on point. Highly recommend!

Our first visit: Staff was extremely rude. Bumped into someone we knew and didn’t hear them call our food to-go the first time, look over and the lady behind the counter has a mean look on her face and does a nod down to the bag. I walk up to grab the bag and I apologize. Nothing from her, she turned to continue her conversation. So much for the customer appreciation chocolates at the counter. Food was okay, only reason I’m giving two stars. We live locally, and I don’t think we’ll be back.

A huge array of choices for sandwiches, paninis and home made soups. They make veggie rice bowls that look and smell amazing. Way more than your average sub shop. I had the turkey stuffing and cranberry mayo panini! It is fantastic! My daughter had the Italian sub and it was too big for her but she loves a challenge. She lost but managed to eat half. Her complain was,”it had too much meat” lol! It is good!

Delicious homemade food served promptly and hot! The Reuben was excellent. But…the Cream of Mushroom soup was EPIC! Next time I’ll get a bowl!!! Best I’ve ever had!
