3.8 so let’s make it a 5. Great selection of classic and chef inspired rolls. The sushi was very fresh. We had Yaki Udon and Hibchi noodles as well as gyoza. The udon noodles were cooked perfectly and sucked up all the juice as designed while the gyoza were perfectly crispy. We weren’t a fan of the sauce as it was a little too sweet but the quality was great. Definitely will be back!

Been going there for many years. Right after COVID19, they remodeled and have a cleaner and brighter interior. Food has always been great. Staff is always courteous and friendly. Consistency is a major reason for 5 stars.

Today was the first time I ordered from this restaurant. I got the hibachi lunch special salmon. The portions were perfect and the food was amazing. I’m definitely going to be returning soon .

Everytime we come to Karaku everything is perfect! Everyone we have brought here loves their sushi & as someone who doesn’t eat fish it is appreciated that they even have a fishless sushi for me!! Delicious!

The food is fun, the staff is friendly and efficient, and there are awesome special rolls that change often. This visit we tried the fantastic mango lobster roll. It is square, wrapped in a mild cabbage, with a devine mango sauce. Also enjoyed the honey shrimp roll. It’s coconut shrimp without the coconut over a California roll. One of my must-have’s.
