This restaurant was highly recommended by our server at the Kahala Resort. Restaurant has high ceiling, good AC, and excellent service . Food was a solid 4….I love that the food is not overly salty the cha siu pork was some of the best I have tasted, Peking duck buns were great ,ong choy vegetables were great along with the crabmeat and Fishmaw soup. The garlic prawns were frozen and the tofu dish was a little too thick. Complimentary red bean soup was not hot enough and again a little thick. Overall still a good restaurant.

We had dim sum on a Thursday. There are no carts of food. You order and they bring it to you. Service was attentive. We had all of the usual suspects and enjoyed everything. There were quite a few things that they were out of such as fried taro and chicken wings, crab rangoon, and manapua, but overall we would recommend it.

Very good dim sum and Chinese cuisine served in a casual setting. A bit on the pricey side.

Our family of 3 boys and Chinese grandma came for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Grandma who is picky when it comes to Chinese food , as most Chinese grandmas are, said every dish we ordered was good- if this doesn’t convince you to come try the food, nothing will! Our favorite was the spicy peppercorn fish filet – delicious! The service is way friendlier than most authentic asian restaurants on the east coast, where we are visiting from. Highly recommend!

Today I went to order take out when the order was ready but I found that I made a mistake I ordered the dim sum which I have never tried it before. The waiter named Calvin who offered to change it for me. I appreciated his offer but I didn’t want to waste the food because I knew it would be thrown away. I told Calvin I will keep it. Then he told that I could just tell him what I want and I didn’t need to write my order on the paper menu to avoid the Error. I am very satisfied his service. He performed a very professional service. After I went home my family tried the new dim sum which I ordered, they liked it very much.

Quality of food and ambiance were great. The only issue we had was that one of the items we ordered pork spareribs as in the picture of their menu, but it was brought out as pork chops. When we questioned the waiter, he said he forgot to mention that the menu is old and that they don’t actually have spareribs anymore, and always automatically sub it for pork chops. He offered to take back the food and cancel the order, but we decided to keep it since the new dish used the same sauce and it was getting late. The new dish still tasted good; it’s just that the restaurant should update their menu items/pictures so it’s not so misleading for customers.

Overall the service was really good, super friendly waitresses. However the food was not good, super super salty, overpriced and wasn’t tasty at all. The only good thing that some might like is BYOB option they have. Otherwise I do not recommend this place unless you want to overpay and not get tasty food.

They need to update their menu, keep the pictures consistent with the real dish. Then focus on what the cook can do, Cantonese cuisine. Do not put other cuisine in the menu which they can not provide.
