Never had a bad meal here. Had the fried bluegill plate and chocolate cake for dessert. The wife had the Filet and bread pudding. The bread pudding is amazing. Definitely have to try it. Ribs are very good as well. Have live music the atmosphere is very nice and the beer is good. Would definitely reccomed it if you are at the casino. Brittany was our server at the bar, and she was amazing. Price is right for a casino and you get to gamble after dinner.

The grilled cilantro lime salmon was excellent and came with amazing mashed potatoes and fresh green beans and a grilled tomato with cream cheese. Each bite was incredibly delicious with generous servings!!! Well worth the stop!

I wasn’t sure what to expect while waiting in line to get in, which I should have immediately picked up on, and within 15 minutes a couple of seats opened up at the bar. We ordered our drinks and viewed the menu where I noticed the “lobster roll”. I ordered the lobster roll and I was really, really taken back by just how massive this order was. It is now my go to order when I go there. It was marvelous!

Food was amazing. Steak was tender and flavorful! The vegetable that day was brussel sprouts and they were seasoned to perfection. We were seated in front of the band. A great date night!!!

I have now visited Kankakee grill twice and have had wonderful experiences each time. Friendly greeting at the door and friendly server. Everything my group and myself have had to eat has been very good. From steaks to sandwhiches, it’s all good. Seating and atmosphere are good. First time we here, there was a performer playing on the patio and it was quite nice. Celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday on this visit and she walked away happy. She also loved some items she normally dislikes. Which speaks to the food served here.

Do not go on a Sunday. You can not hear each other talk with the loud noise that trivia people make. The first time they would not turn it down but the second time they did.

The food has price ranges for any budget and the quantity of hot sauces that they offer is outstanding! Live music on select nights, Beer, liquor and wine and daily food specials. We will be back for sure!

My steak was fine but my pees and carrots were a mix of over cooked and undercooked pees. I brought this to our waitresses attention and she apologized and offered me more mashed potatoes. I declined and that was that . So I asked to see the manager and he acknowledged my complaint. That was it. I think they dropped the ball here. No complaint should be too small. This is Valentines Day and my wife’s pees and carrots were the same. Better p.r. Kankakee.
