Kangs is an awesome little hole in the wall Korean restaurant with excellent Korean food. I got my usual, which I always order at Korean restaurants, Yook Gae Jang. It was delicious. My wife ordered her usual, Bi Bim Bop, it was terrific as well. Some of the best Asian food I have had come from these small, family run, hole in the wall restaurants. Try it, you’ll love it.

Very delicious food. Only *ONE* issue there was like barley any seafood in any of the dishes…. it’s like when the price of seafood doubled they took out more than half of the seafood in the dishes… this makes me very sad. Great customer service though. For example my soup dish only had 2 or 3 pieces of squid in it.. tons of tofu. You can get the idea from what I am saying.

It is you went to a Korean family restaurant. The sticker is really good. And the soup is wonderful. Seafood pancake is another recommended. They are so crispy and I love green onion.

Their Budae Jigae is my usual go-to. But I get to try their Spicy Beef this time and it is delicious!

Legit Korean food. Duk mandu was so warm and flavorful on a cold day. Kalbi tasted like what you get in GOOD Korean bbq in NY/LA. Jambong had the best chewy noodles and spicy broth. Pajeon was perfect. Crispy with every bite, not just the edges. Fried rice did not disappoint – especially good with the jambong soup. Portions were generous, banchan/sides were fresh. The staff were sweet and everything was quick. There’s really nothing bad to say.

Food is delicious. Very affordable. I ordered Samsun Jjamppong and Beef Stone Pot Bibimbop. The noodle had lots of seafood and some spicy pork on top. The broth was very squid forward so if you like 오징어짬뽕, you’ll love it. Bibimbop was very hearty and nice, too. I’ll come again.

If I could have placed 10 stars, I would have. Seriously, the yummiest food ever and such a cool space. The people cooking and serving are so kind!

Watch out kimchi lovers, if you taste your kimchi in a weird way, for me, it’s spoiled but according to the management of the restaurant, it’s not bad but rather “fermented more.” I’ve been to this restaurant for more than 2 decades.
