Got the tandoori chicken, Banjara kabab over naan, bolani, goat karahi, lassi, and chai. All the food was incredible and so flavorful. The tandoori chicken was so moist as was the goat with the flavorful masala it was in. Would definitely go again

Went there for dinner. They have various kinds of kabobs. I ordered the Lamb Charsi Tika Boti Over Rice. It came with a side of Hummus. The lamb scent was overpowering the tika boti. Usually, I don’t mind it, but this time it was too much for me. It was disappointing.

Picked this up after googling best nihari near me. The nihari was very spicy and flavorful, but wayyyy too much oil. The mash daal was so oily I did not enjoy it at all. The garlic naan was decent. They also over charged me 5-6 from the menu pricing on the wall. Maybe they charge more at night? Idk, kinda weird. The nihari is very good if you dump out their oil on top first. Definitely recommend trying them out for that dish.

Kandahari is one of the best restaurants in Houston. Not only is their food absolutely delicious, but the service is top notch. We go every Friday, rain or shine it is that good! Order the hummus… is to die for! Our favorite dishes are the #8 and #44 with garlic/butter naan, but ALL dishes are exquisite. 100% recommended!
